Well I only know whats in the description. Which says it will be linked to the firelands VIA achievements/quests

well I can imagine you wouldn't get this mount through a quest unless it was a long and epic one so my guess is an achievement, but I can't come up with any non raid achievements that would get you this >.< maybe exalted with the new faction.

I can work with faction grinding!

I think I'm one of the few people (or maybe the only person) that doesn't like these new mounts. "Hey, we have this exceedingly bright, shiny, fire-like graphic, let's stick it on EVERYTHING!!!" x_x

Definitely prefer good ol' Anzu. /huggles

Actually I agree on this one, even though I don't have Anzu myself I love his colors more than the new three <3

I think it's ment to be a drop or something.

Inb4 someone cries about how they're totally lessening the value of the 'real' Raven Lord by reskinning him.

I don't like them, I think they're icky - I'd much rather have a fire hawk - but I never really use my Raven Lord to begin with. xP The red one is probably my favorite, though, if I had to choose.

i will stick to the raven lord but the orange raven, depending on how you get it, may be another mount to add to my collection

Dunno if it'd be for exalted with the new faction when the Flameward Hippogryph will be from unlocking all the Hyjal daily stuff (or so it appears).

That thing is sexy. I love the red one and purple one (it'd match my NE so nicely!) though I greatly like my current Anzu over both of them.

Ground mount that is a recolored Anzu with a fancy particle = rare drop. It's probably Fandral Staghelm loot, or that raven monster boss; 10 is green, 25 is red, and heroic 10/25 is purple. That's my theory.

Honestly I have a fire affinity and thats why I like it so much

I always wondered what the end result for leaving a cooking fire underneath Anzu's corpse each time he refused to drop my mount would be...

Yeah, poorly done by lazy Blizz. It's just a recolour. The same with the new hawk mounts that use the proto-drake animations. Just laziness and now the old mounts doesn't feel unique anymore.

I personally really like them. I don't give a damn if it uses the same model as the old Anzu, because it doesn't lessen the value of the old Raven Lord for me (They quite specifically said it'd be a "flaming Anzu" in the previous blue post, so we knew it was coming). Just waiting to see where these beauties drop.
