for people who use MS Paint (im going by the text you wrote in your post and guessing its MS Paint) im amazed at how gorgeous they can come out as. I also envey everyone that has a tablet. I long to draw right onto the computer so i dont have to fak around with scanners that dont work so i can post my art, im dyyyying to make a thread to show my several dozen pictures that i really did good jobs on... *hugs aotona picture* i like its wigglyness lol

http://www.getpaint.net/

That up there is the editing program i use for my stuff, its a mixed breed of MS Paint and Photoshop and its 100% free, ive been using it for a few years now and i love it. If you are really good at picture editing and can work your way around the controls and tools with ease you can also upgrade to the much more complex program GIMP which is also 100% free (i think, i forget. Paint.Net has no trial so you can use it forever, GIMP, i gave up on it fairly quickly cause it seems to be more Tablet friendly then Mouse friendly so i dunno if its trialed)

Bamboo tablet, or at least mine did, came with a free art program. Been using my Corel Art Essentials 4 for quite some time now, and that's how you see my art. I have one or two pieces I do in MSPaint, but I use it for lazy drawing, or editing pictures.

I used to suck at using a mouse, but eventually got better

Tips for using a mouse I noticed:

if you zoom in your lines look more accurate
The thicker the lines the easier to control
