Even tho the Fanart/Creative Writing & Offtopic boards were the primary reason I actually signed up for the Petopia forums, I've kind of been putting off making my own art thread. Partially because it feels wrong to make one when I don't have a longish tenure, but mostly because I haven't had anything NEW to share, at least nothing that relates to the community's focuses (it's mostly been personal stuff that doesn't really fit here but which I suspect I'll shove a bit of in anyway). But now's as good a time as any!
I'll link & mark anything that's borderline or too large.
Old - Warcraft

A submission for the first BlizzCon fanart contest; I didn't place but it was my first time messing with a new combination of adjustment layers for a fire effect, and I still really like it overall.

A guildmate's worgen warlock, drawn in my "OH MY GAWD CHEEKBONES" phase. I am (mostly) out of that now, thankfully.

I participate in (and now help moderate) the Warcraft Art Exchange on LiveJournal. Every month, the people who sign up with a character of their own are randomly paired with a different person who signed up, sort of like a Secret Santa art trade. A lot of my better WoW art from the past few years is for the exchange, since I make it a point to both do my best and be more creative for the exchange art than I do for my own personal WoW fanart.

Cata was the first WoW beta I didn't get into. A guildmate kept offering to let me borrow his account, which I refused to do because I didn't want to risk getting his account suspended/banned. But oh, the temptation was really, really hard to resist

Avatars, both for myself and various guildmates, for our guild forums.

Before the male worgen dance came out, I was definitely imagining it to be the Men in Black dance. It wasn't, and I was sad
Paoteya, random tauren Death Knight I created on several servers. I love that polearm, that skin, and the "new" broken horn with said skin.
Sareena, for the exchange.
Shirtless man + implied acts: Tsalmaveth, for the exchange.
Cartoon violence: Nira Bottlerocket, one of only two gnomes of mine.
Gnomes in Storm Peaks! also for the exchange.
This Week in World of Warcraft, from back in Sept. of '06. It's got hunters in it and it still makes me giggle, so THERE.
My main, Epadoa in a lab coat in Putricide's room. Drawn for my guild's front page because I forgot to get everyone to line up for a screenshot of our first heroic kill, whoops.
Human warrior in T6.
Mal'Ganis and Loken, inspired by random brain mongerings.
Unrealized sketch of all the end-bosses from WotLK heroics swarming my shaman with the stupid blue drake from the stupid Oculus bag gloating his stupid face over it all.
10m Alliance raid v. Sarth+3. I spent so much time on it, it never really ended up blending together as a cohesive whole, and I got so sick of seeing it that I couldn't bring myself to finish it properly.
Cartoon nudity: Almare, for the exchange.
Old - Other
I promise, this will be the first and last time I link my comic unsolicited: Bowspirit's Aim is a (mostly) fantasy webcomic about a priestess, a vampire, their friends and their (sometimes zany, sometimes serious) adventures as they come to terms with themselves, each other, and the world around them. I'm terrible at describing it, but yeah. Right now it's updating every Tuesday, and I'm hoping to at least keep that schedule (if not increase it as I expand my buffer), but we'll see.

Every so often I don't use my shaman as my avatar on my guild's forums... sometimes I use my online avatar, Xella! (who also appears, in a somewhat different form, in BA later on). Also I want that vest, homg.
Alex and Viktor, from the first chapter (which I will probably go back and redraw some day because mein gott, the art is dated). I need better reference for Viktor, but Alex is -almost- perfect (except for his leg & feet).
Alex, as a Scout from TF2. Non-WoW fanart? SHOCKING. At least it was at the time. It still is, really, since it happens so rarely
Mild language: Beat-up Alex. I do a lot of these—I'll have a picture in my head and just can't seem to get the mental image down on paper. It's incredibly frustrating and I'll usually end by both giving up on the idea at hand and drawing something... not "cutsey," but slightly less serious than the thing in my head.
TF2 Meme. I haven't got a clue if there's any TF2 following here (not a large one, I'd imagine) but whatever. I still really like some of the art from this meme. I love memes. Memememememe mmmm yes.
New - Mixed
Aw yeah. Finally done with the old stuff, now have some new stuff!
Violence: Doktha and Dokthra are my (fraternal) twin orcs and my primary RP characters, on the rare occasions I RP. Dokthra is a warlock on Scarlet Crusade, and Doktha is... a lot of physical classes on a lot of different servers (rogue, hunter, warrior, death knight), and is the one getting smashed in the neck. I need better reference for the mace-wielding human, and to come up with a background for this. Also, that dead orc in the foreground is the best male orc I've ever drawn. Just so you know.

Karralyn, from an upcoming comic page. She looks a bit too young here but I love the way that beyond that, the picture in my head came out nearly identical to the picture on the page.

Doktha, in a tavern. The two pens I used were SUPPOSED to be the same colour, but nooooo. Canonically, (can one be canon about one's own RP characters?) Doktha is a protection warrior, because the nerve damage she suffered as a preteen means that she intermittently loses feeling in most of her body, making her prone to bumping into things in the dark (which ended her rogue career) and neither she nor her pet worg were very good at working together in combat (so they gave up on being a hunter duo; Ahanoc's now her mount, though!). At one point I was going to kill her off and rez her as a DK but I've decided that I really don't enjoy playing a DK so that part of her story got axed.

This one got posted in the Pet Challenge thread (and is my signature atm obviously), but my hunter, Basanti. I couldn't really decide what pet to have her leaning on when I decided to finish the half-image I'd done for my sig, so I sketched in a bunch of them, and Kanassa was the only one that got even close to being "finished" before I got bored
Not nudity but... scanty clothing: Maakeda, an orc hunter for the exchange, wrestling Echeyakee for dominance.

Upcoming title page for the next chapter of BA. The text needed a lot of clean-up in Photoshop cos the watercolour got all excited to go outside the lines. I'm also not sure about the background—the original is plain white, which looked wrong, so I went with this textured blue gradient thing, but I dunno... I still have like, a month and a half probably until it's actually needed, so we'll see.

And as of this morning, BA's main characters (+ Spike, dunno why!) as Ponies. I swear, you people and your addicting, addicting children's shows. I've never been that interested in MLP, but FIM is so... so.... nnnragh! Also, Alex being a pink unicorn amuses me more than I can relate to you. Now with weak and lame pony names! Left to right, not including Spike: Silverdrop (Sevvie), Bottlecap (Alex), Winter Hearth (Xella), Summer Spring (Karra), and Aegis (James).
Phew!
