Earlier tonight, Sili's laptop took a turn for the worse and is FUBAR'd. She'll be outta WoW until she can get it fixed. Posting this on her request.

one of my guild mates is having that same problem, his character isnt interactive, you cant /who him but hes online, in The Great Sea, and has been for almost 3 days now

Heard from Sili, again her laptop is toast. Won't be on for at least a month while it gets shipped out for repair.

Hey all just dropping in quick on moms laptop, I will be gone for a month maybe longer maybe not, best buy said they would try to expidite it cause I need my laptop for class. Hope everyone is well and I miss u all

Make sure you keep on top of them about the status of the repair. I worked for geek squad and the repair techs drop the ball a lot. Hope they really do get it fixed quickly for you.

Small update: on the phone wth best buy trying to find out what is going on, if it has been sent out, if it was put on expidite or not, if its being worked on that stuff. So far i been on hold for over 10 min. then i keep getting bounced around from person to person and beng on hold ._. they stink at our local best buy.... they should just give me a new laptop ._. lol will let you all know.

Try calling the main office hon. It might take you a few people but I'm sure they will want to know how horrible the service is at your local store. Mix up a little mud and phone calls will be made and laptops fixed. Emphasize the school angle and how they said they'd help you and now you can't get an answer. Bigwigs hate when little guys cover stuff up.

Got a hold of them. They said that the tech has it and it needs a whole new keyboard. She said if they have it in stock I should have it back soon if not... longer

After using my mind control skills and super infiltration tactics, I found out that, Sili, is getting her laptop back by this week.

Well ...not really, she just texted me and told me. But she'll be back soon, yay!
