Okay, so Kormai remembered that Ricket is in Deepholm, and a quick check of Wowhead revealed that she's also in Storm Peaks. But I have no idea why she'd be punching you in the face, Rocky. :/ Especially in Firelands....

http://ptr.wowhead.com/npc=53304 appears to possibly be the culprit, but I can't imagine what the real reason this exists could be.

does she have a goblin faction that you are hated with?

He's hated with all the goblin factions, it looks like, so I think that's gotta be it, Vet. Was actually just coming here to post that.

I can't imagine that's intended behavior, regardless. "You must tame this epic-looking green spider WHILE GETTING PUNCHED IN THE FACE BY AN INVISIBLE GOBLIN!" Little too challenging for my taste.

hmm, maybe she is accidentally affiliated with a goblin faction on the PTR, because i don't believe she is on live. at least i don't *remember* her punching me in the head at K3 when i was still hated!

There's something immensely entertaining about this but I'm not sure what it is. *ponders*

An angry invisible lady goblin was punching a poor put-upon male goblin in the face. And she really really hurt. There's something inherently amusing about the situation, though I do still feel bad for Rocky. D:
