'Noah' is a nickname. There is a developer who will occasionally check these forums, and Wain is in contact with him (hence, he does exist). Noah has almost certainly done us some favors, a good example being a spider named Chitter (the idea for which came from these forums). Kalliope or Vephriel will probably be able to tell you more about the origins of the nickname, and Wain about the person himself. In short, it's our way of saying thanks to him by giving him this nickname.

EDIT: This thread is closely linked to Noah; it's our (oversized) suggestion box to him.

He's important to us.

Noah is our friendly neighborhood lurker dev. He's done a lot for us in terms of adding unused skins and bringing back our missing rare spawns and all sorts of other awesome things!
