Now anyone who knows me, knows I am not a big raptor/devilsaur fan. Never really have been, never had one "speak" to me, yanno? Sure a few here and there on my draenei Hunter did, but as far as my main hunter went, she was strictly cat/wolf variety.

But during the Beta of Wrath, I remember seeing this gorgeous green devilsaur. HE WAS IT. THAT WAS THE DEVILSAUR I WANTED! He just looked so awesome with those orange eyes....

Well, I saw him once during Wrath, about 1 month after Wrath launched, I saw King Krush for the very first time. I tried to tame him, but to no avail. I could only watch with a sad face as a DK and paladin combo killed him and got the achievement (since I died, he became untagged).

Fast forward to now. I haven't seen him AT ALL. I've searched and searched, not even a corpse. Not even a sight of Loque or Aotona! Nothing! D:

Today I was flying around SW, and was about to head to Vash'jr when I realized the boat to Northrend was here. "Aw what the heck, lets go to Scholazar. It can't hurt right?"

Right then I get a tell (naturally) asking about a trade offer I had made in SW several minutes prior. I thought about hearthing back instantly, but I asked for them to give me about 2 mins, just to get a good fly around Scholazar.

My macro goes off.

"YOU ARE NOT PREPARED!!!" (Yes Illidan is my macro target sound)

And wouldn't you know it? Right in the very same place I first saw him... there he is. King Krush.

I'm so excited I literally fall from my flying mount and just hit tame. Oh crap fear. Oh crap he's not tagged. DONT CARE DONT CARE TAME TAME TAME BEFORE A MINER FLIES BY, TAME!!!!

VICTORY!!!!!

So now I need to decide on a name for him... now that I have my reptile pal, I will probably be releasing my raptor and other devilsaur (who don't really get used anyways ) But I can't decide if I'm gonna name him Domon or Arbalest yet. But either way.. I'M SO HAPPY TO HAVE HIM <3333

Spent 2 years searching for him myself. Now that I have him I love him more then I thought I would have.

I totally dig the name Arbalest.

And a BIG grats to you on this! I myself spent over a year searching for my Krush, and it was well worth it. I adore my Franklin!

I did decide to go with the name Arbalest, it just seemed more fitting for him time to go do some heroics methinks!

Grats! First time I tried to tame my King Krush he killed me and a stupid paladin killed him right as I was running back to my corpse. When I finally got the nerve to try again I spent 5 hours camping him on and off. When I was just about to give up I found mine. This time however I was prepared with haste food and pots. Anyway, I'm glad to see that you got a pet that you wanted for so long

Yeah for King Krush! I love that pet. I didn't want him at first but when I started coming here, I looked at pet's differently and that's when I decided he had to be mine. As some of you may remember, I had a heck of time getting him. I did end up getting him when cata came out, as northend was dead. I figured one day, I'm already in the basin I might as well check to see if he is here. So sure enough just as I go around the corner, I see him coming towards me. So I dismounted and tamed. I forget what I named him at first, but I let my other devilsaur go who had the name "fred" and renamed King Krush to "fred"
