I have a suggestion for Mania. I was thinking maybe, she could encourage the use of external Image hosting sites. I'm thinking this because I know bandwidth is not free, and when anyone has an attachment and others download it, it uses up more bandwidth ? It could possibly even speed the site up/less strain on the site if say Image shack was used ?

I'm not sure that's really necessary cause the site works just fine for me. I've never found it to be slow.

I would suggest against that, actually: External imaging sites are woefully slow/non-functional for us Europeans.

If you don't embed the image, then it would be no different then downloading it from the forum really.

No, you don't understand. It takes more than a minute to fully load a small screenshot from something like photobucket. It's terrible. Until Mania say that we're not allowed to upload things I vote we keep using the forum for attachments, because it really is unbearable to have to wait that long for something like a signature to load. Imagine a screenshot.
