- full grown white egret, it lives in my family's boat house and I feed it any fish I catch in the canal. Doesn't really have a name but we know its a girl because she had chicks once
3 turtles
- 2 river turtles (Slip and Slide) and 1 African Spur Tortoise (Shelly)
1 freshwater croc
- not really a pet, but he comes to my dock and I give him one or two fish, doesn't have a name
1 scorpion
- a 10 centimeter long Emporer Scorpion, named Tank
2 finches
- they live in a bird house outside my window, no names
13 or so fish
- 3 rainbow fish, 2 clown fish, 4 or so mini catfish, 1 porcupine fish (pin-cusion) , and 3 sucker (tank cleaner) fish
-More water snails then any mortal person could count

I'd love to see pictures of your water monitor! (Well, of the others also, but I have a thing for monitors. Never had a water monitor, but I did have a 6-foot black throat.)

I live in Queensland, where exaclty I can't tell for privacy's sake.

Maybe I should name the freshie after my crocolisk in wow. I haven't seen him for about a month, hope he didn't eat a Cane Toad and get poisoned :(

Ah, Australia gets all the cool animals. ^^ Very nifty though, you should take photos of the croc some day if he shows up again. :3

oh i think you mean Plecostomus. Thats the gene of catfish people call "suckers". Some can get very big like i mean 40cm big. They good for alge cleaning but they do need like a bit of drift wood in there tank to chew on and im sure you do. Sounds like you Know what your doing so tahts good :D

I caught a plecostomus in a pond near my house when I was in high school.

We were out with a cast net; I was after food for the lizards, and my friends were after bait. We were all rather surprised when one cast dredged up a giant pleco. He was pushing 16 inches. Probably an abandoned aquarium fish. I'm in Florida, USA, so they aren't exactly native. ;)

I took him home and popped him in a 55 gallon tank until I was able to trade him for rats at a local fish store that I trusted. (Yeah, a fish store. Oddly, they sold high-end aquarium fish and rats. *shrug*) Gabe always liked rats better than fish anyway.

I just hope he didn't eat a cane toad and get himself poisoned :( . Its been a problem recently, the freshies keep eating the cane toads (invasive species) and die from the poison. Oddly enough, the poison doesn't seem to bother the saltwater crocs, heh go figure..
