"Want Skoll?" - hard to understand?

Flying around looking for TLPD, I run across Skoll pretty much every day.

When I see him, I do a /who hunter the storm peaks and /who hunter icecrown, and if I get any hits, I pst the first one. Because I'm busy looking for TLPD I just say "Want Skoll?"

And so far without exception, it's one of these responses:

A) Huh?

B) Who are you again?

C) <no reply>

Honestly people is it such a complicated turn of phrase?

And BTW no it's not because they don't know who Skoll is; once I've repeated myself and thrown in a few clues like "he's a spirit beast, do you want him?", they're like "ok, sure. i've been looking for him for a while."

Maybe I need to write up a Skoll macro:

/w Hello Adventurer and Well Met! I am Worba, a friendly hunter, and have
/w just encountered a most rare and wondrous spirit beast who is named
/w "Skoll"; please inform me if you would like to tame this magnificent
/w denizen of the Tundra and I will be happy to provide you with
/w geographical directions to his location. Thank you and have a nice day.

:?

I like how they've "been looking for him a while" but didn't recognize his name. >_<

Oh well, you can't expect all hunters to be as awesomely informed as Petopians, after all. :)

I enjoy finding homes for rares, but even with a slightly more informative "interested in taming a rare [family name]?" (with a "requires BM spec" tacked on to exotics), I get a lot of confused responses.

Ugh.. I go through that same dealy every time I find a rare I do not want or already have.

By far the worst was when I happened upon Karoma and looked forever for someone who wanted him.

I finally got a pst back and he came over.

He put up his hunters mark and said "I can kill?".

I almost fainted. >__>

I flailed around trying to type as quickly as I could telling them that he didn't drop loot.. no blue no money no cloth (left the grey out for obvious reasons) and they finally left.

Was able to get an undead hunter there to tame him.

I would have tried to flag down an ally after that encounter.

Scared me, lol.

Oh the would be horrors of letting the guy kill the rare beast only to later realize he wants to tame it then never find it
