He died inside of a mountain and I'm getting the "You are too far away to loot that corpse" message.

Sadly Boni is just a Skin/lw. Friends told me to log for an hour and see if it helps my ticket get pushed through faster. I also called blizz and Im hoping it'll be some help. Found him 19hours after he was killed by a rogue trying to eat me last night.

When that happens, I turn on auto-loot and press it as I fall past. Sometimes it lets me loot, sometimes not but maybe it'll help someone in the future : /

Yeah I tried that and I couldnt get it to loot it. I did glitch inside the mountain for a sec, but when I clicked to loot it popped me back out. I added my screenshot to my ticket online so I dont see how they can deny me my loot now.

I almost did just out of frustration. 23 hours(not counting the 5 months of camping I did before I gave up the first time) of staring at snow, occasionally dancing with my Loque and pig on a mountainside killing a rogue to finally find him and have him decide to die where I can't loot him. I even jumped off the cliff to get to his body faster not realizing it was a far drop and had to run back to my body. I was shaking from excitement the whole time and just to get "You are too far away to loot the corpse" about killed me. I think I screamed so loud I woke up my neighbors dog.

And Blizzard came through and gave me my pretty new drake!!!!!
Only took 2 tickets and a phone call lol

You have me now leisurely camping TLPD on my druid lol, i missed him by only a handful of hours when i quit camping on my hunter... im not gonna do a serious camp tho, it'll kill me xP

Lol. Now that I finally have it theres about 6 people in my guild all wanting to do it and bothering me for details about it. And about 9 guildies who just went. "I hate you so much boni..."

It made me lol to be honest when I first read it. It's just so ironic that after so much time can be spent looking for him, he doesn't even let you loot him. It was a warm hearted laugh, mind you, since I knew Blizzard would be able to give you the mount. They may not be my favourite people in the world but they're not THAT horrid.

Congrats on your beautiful drake! After I finally got my Aeonaxx mount I've been meaning to get this guy, but the thought of having to camp like that again is just... *Shudder*

Ty guys. And yeah Chaoyll my bf laughed his ass off at me and got himself hurt lol. It was kinda funny to me though (prob because of the lack of sleep) but I just started laughing which turned into me yelling at my screen. Had to deal with 24 hours of people logging on and demanding to know if I had gotten it from blizzard yet.
I'd like to thank this horde pally who decided to drop down after I had killed and him try to kill me not noticing my holly pally friend sitting with me. Brought some amusement to my situation

My boyfriend did the same thing when I was camping Aeonaxx a while back. We went to grab lunch, came back upstairs and on the way up he had said to me that it would've been funny if he'd spawned and I'd missed it. Surely enough Aeonaxx had spawned. And I'd missed it. I sat there, angry as ever, and he just laughed at my situation. Christ.

Since that day though I gave up camping for months. Then finally I had a week off college that I decided to dedicate to Aeonaxx-camping. On the last day before I had to go back, I got him.
