So today seeing how my main account is down I was playing a trial account and lvling a male orc hunter. So I started to think about man only if I could roll a goblin and it dawned on me that I just can never really seem to get attached to the orcs in general. I love the trolls (male and female), forsaken(female only) and Blood elves(Male and female). Now for the alliance I love the night elves and space goats but everything else is just bah to me. I can never really attach to a character most deffently Male space goats or gnomes of any kind (shudders at the thought).

So what is that one race that you really want to like but you can't become attached too?

Tauren. I LOVE them. I cannot play one for the life of me. I think they might just be too big for the classes I prefer to play. :/

I've got to agree I love the Tauren I love thier culture their way of life and story but every time I play one I can only think about eating steak! Curses to my love of a fine grilled steak.

Dwarf. I had to force myself to make a dwarf shaman just because theres barely any on my realm and I can't seem to click with her. I made her as pretty as possible lol. I play gnomes and nightelves mainly along with my worgen rogue, human priest, and draenei pally. Rest are nightelves and gnomes.

Blood elves for me, for sure. I love their lore, their pride and snootiness, and I think they must be awesome characters to play and to RP... but I can't seem to get one much past 20. Every blood elf I've made has gotten deleted.

Gnomes... I want to like gnomes, but I hate playing as a gnome... And orcs...

Gnomes are one... Female trolls, too. And... Male draenei. I can never get them high enough level to start liking them, but I love how they look at high levels.
Orcs too, sort of. I can play them, but I never really get attached to them.

Worgen. The females make me sad inside, and any male worgen I make won't be the one I loved in Beta, Kieryon and his Fel. Besides, they altered the skin in Beta he had. I really enjoyed playing him, so I just can't bring myself to level one again.

Draenei, too. I really, really, really like them but have only gotten them to like...level 10? 15?

Tauren and worgen

I tried creating a few but their low levels and I keep deleting them...

Draenei and Tauren for me. I don't know why - I really like both races, their appearances, their lore, etc., but I just can't seem to get one leveled past five or so. I think Tauren are just too big, and Draenei... I'm not sure I just can't get one to click, which is a shame because the females are so beautiful.

Worgen - loved them when my human-worgen switcher addon worked, but since Blizzard pulled the script commands for their form changing, I haven't been interested in them. Hopefully someday Blizzard will realize that not everyone likes to be in wolf form 24/7...

Female Tauren - the males look cool... and I have female toons of other races... but female tauren just don't work for me. I think it's partly the look - the bovine thing works when its bullish but not cowish... and the voice - when they talk it just sounds like "MooMOOmoooOOomoomoo"

Gnomes - I like my DK Evildolly, as I envision her being sort of like Bride of Chucky (actually in my RP backdrop she is Pamela's doll...), but otherwise no. Something about them just screams "BULLY ME, PLEEZ!"

Forsaken - I like my female warrior, but otherwise I just can't get into this race. My warrior has the most "intact" face available, and just about works for me, but the rest seem too... decomposed for me to really get into. I don't generally need my races to be "pretty", but come on now...

Male blood elves - since both genders of this race look female, I just rolled a female for my hunter to keep it simple.....

EDIT: Female trolls - with maybe 1-2 exceptions... kind of cute from a distance, but when you zoom in close enough to see facial features it's a different story...

oh my >.< to be honest i have trouble with many of the races Dx
i am fine with: (male or female) Nelfs, troll, space goats and (only male) blood elves.

i have wanted to make an orc forever, and just LOVE the undead but i havent quiet gotten around to it x.X Also tried many times to lvl a female blood elf. i have a 62 hunter with the petopians but i have trouble conecting with her. She just seems too girly and looks so frail ;_;
i love tauren (although i would not complain if the males stopped scratching themselves and the females mouth didnt seem so oddly square and detatched when she speaks o.0) and I like humans but just cant make myself roll one. i never get past lvl 12 or so. =/

but for some reason i just cant stand the shoter classes >.< im not a big fan of the goblin, the arms just seem too long o.0 i am ok with dwarfs and wanted to roll one, but i cant stop thinking about LOTR when Aragorn said females dwarves had beards x) and there is nothing i like about gnomes... i tried, rlly i did. but i just cant help but to want to punt th darn things! Dx *sigh* oh well. Once i get my war and priest lvled i will probably roll an orc and undead and work on them.

I agree both there the gnomes I think it stems from my ealry days of playing a horde BE pally and well getting ganged up on in pvp by gnome twinks left and right makes me take so much fun in killing them. The forsakenI wish blizz would let us turn the rot off I mean if you look at them for china they look nice. No roting flesh or half eaten armor, I know their going for the whole zombie look but if you can repair yourself from other corpses why not repair where the rot is?

Goblins. They look like fun but they remind me of boogers...

Female trolls. I've made more than I can count but always end up deleting them because I can't stand their fighting animations and wobble walk.

Undead. C'mon. Zombies are cool but it drives me nuts that their armor doesn't cover their joints... Also, creepy long fingernails.

The only race I really love and enjoy is tauren. Too bad that they aren't tauren mages otherwise I would be happy
Male orcs are cool but I hate their haunched back! With low level armor they look good, but when you get shoulder gear....
Other races...meh, nothing against but they all look pretty boring or ugly.

im having trouble with orcs... i want an orc female but its like.... blah

I love the way the goblins pc's look and sound and move, but I can't stand the goblin starting experience. It might be worth it to me to race change a toon to goblin, so I don't have to play through that.

Yeah. Tons of eye candy, but the storyline could have been more developed....

I love my NE Female toons who are my mains (druid and hunter) and when the worgen came around I fell in love with the male model.

Female worgen on the other hand, I purely hate, they look like rabid chihuahua's to me. I just cant play them at all!

For horde side, I've always loved trolls, BE's and Tauren. Sadly though I've never been able to really click with any of my horde toons, maybe its just from playing alliance to long.

I cant stand the Undead though. They just scream evil evil evil to me. Probably from being forced ot watch every zombie movie in exsistance by my BF who is only creeped out by Zombies.
