So ya its been 2more weeks now i think i still cant find samba would any happend to know some one that tamed him today of this week and what time?

It's hard to say if someone tamed him. The way I found all of my rare expect one, is that I simply kept checking there spawn spots randomly through out the day till I found them one by one.
