Ok I was writing a lil' back story for Lilako! And I have a issue :c
How do Belfs age? I know its like all elfs and is slower then humans ... But what is the actual math behind it?
I know they get to a mature age where they will stay looking like that for a looooong time.

I want Lilako to be around 20-29 in human years Im not sure yet (for the looks and all.) But I know she will be like 100+ in elfs years but I just don't get the actual math behind it :c
Anyone able to help me?

And before anyone asks me why I want to know since you don't actully need a age half the time I just felt like adding one so I can stick to the story of her correctly and Im fussy! c:

Thanks in advance C:

I'd say about 120 would correspond to what you want.

I reference from http://www.wowwiki.com/Roleplaying_age a lot whenever I feel inclinded to create a backstory for my WoW characters. It contains ratios for all the Warcraft races (except Draenei) on age, height, and weight. I find it very helpful.

According to the site, the formula for Blood Elf age is: Human Equivalent x 5 (roughly). So if you wanted to make a Blood Elf that appears to be 21 years of age both physically and in maturity then you would multiply 21 and 5 to get an idea of where your Blood Elf's age should actually be.

Human Age = Blood Elf Age
20 years old = 100-104 years old
21 years old = 105-109 years old
22 years old = 110-114 years old
and so on ...

For Blood Elves in general ...
Adulthood is reached by 110 years of age.
Middle Age is reached around 175 years of age.
Old age is around 263 years of age.
and a Blood Elf is considered venerable at around 350 years of age.

I also use the 5x method when it comes to the age of my blood elves :) As Niabi said, just take the age you want them to be in human years and multiply it by 5.
