introduction to get to the rares...

feel free to delete this if the info is already listed but I am inquiring the following:
-a you have to had completed ALL quests in mt. hyjal before you get an introduction quest to go to firelands & view certain rares? y / n
-b after you've done that introduction quest you can now view certain rares to tame? - y / n
-c If aforementioned is true which rares can you tame after the introduction quest?
