Ive experience MANY MANY times that a person i choose to ignore kept logging on alts to whisper/trash/harahs me....

Maybe blizzard could implement an ignore list where when u ignored someone, u ignored the WHOLE battlenet account... In my eyes it would solve ALOT of harahsment problems.... And i cant really see the bad sides of it... i mean if someone behaves badly.. WHY would i like his alts better?

I would love to be able to ignore someone and have all my char have that persons battlenet account on ignore..

What do you guyes think of this?

Huuuuuuuge want for this and a huge need for it!
Not just for rude players/stalkers and ninjas! But for trolls to! WoW needs something like this badly due to their lack of how to word this nicely .... Its not like Blizzard doesn't care but I report someone whom was threaten me ingame and they were less then helpful on that matter ... If we could ignore a full account think how much it would save on their time to :c

It would be very nice yes.

It would be a feature they need very much, I agree.

For now, report people who do that; it's against the rules to get around someone's ignore, and as far as I've seen, not taken lightly.

Glad to see the support for this idea ... Really could see it implemented in wow wiith great benefits...

Just noting there already is a thread of suggestions for Noah, so you don't need to start your own each time Also, this stuff probably isn't in his field so the best he could do is pass it along to the relevant department. It also might be useful in the official WoW suggestions forum

It HAS been requested dozens of times, and I'm not sure why it's not been implemented yet. It's certainly a good idea, especially when you get people creating alt after level 1 alt to harass you >.>

And yeah, the removal of the Official WoW Suggestions forums is bizarre--last I checked, the US forums still had it but the EU did not O.o

Coincidentally, I got a comment this morning as I logged in that fits perfectly with this thread. I have no idea who it is or what they were talking about, and they logged off as soon as they /w me.

(Please don't comment on "naming and shaming," as it's very very clear that this name is not a real char but rather an alt created merely to harass, which is the point of the image post )

For short-term account-ignore you can still "Report Spam" people unless I'm mistaken. Only sticks until you log out however.

I would love this! I have a stalker who keeps remaking her chars so i cant block her but thing is shes not giving me enough reason to report her--- or well, i mean, shes not giving Blizzard enough reason to have someone talk to her >.<

Wait, did I get confused? Which direction of account-wide were you meaning? That all your ignores take effect across all your toons on your account, or across all the toons of the account you ignored?

I would assume both, but mainly across the toons of the account you ignored. That's how I read it anyway.

I read it as having the ignore apply to all the characters on the other person's account (which "report player" will do, until you log off, I think?) -- but now I think you're right, that she's asking for the ignore of a player to apply to all your own toons. Is that it, Tårn?

No, report player does not work like that. Only applies to that toon. Trust me, I've tried.
