I was trying to figure out why the hunter set looks vaguely familiar, then it hit me:
Ancient spirits of evil...
transform this decayed form
into MUMM-RA THE EVER-LIVING!!! H-HA...H-HAHAHAHA!!!

It could be something else ... but not Skeletor, he had a cowl.
