Just as the topic asks, does Scare Beast work on Deth'Tilic?
It would be good when reviving a sacrifice pet. Just an idea

I just tried on Kirix for fun, and he was immune ;S Camping deth atm.

Hrm, perhaps these spiders are too scary themselves to be frightened by a tiny hunter....

On the subject of scare beast, does it work on the black gem kitty and crab? (and this one's kind of noobish as i can't log in right now to check) Can you tame beast while they are feared?

You can tame them while it is active, but if they can run out of range then the tame cancels.

We'll really have to test this out on all rares on the PTR. Kind of a shame, I use scare beast so little I never thought of it.

I just assumed none of them could be feared, but then again, I spent most of my time hanging out with Kirix....

What about wyvern sting?

I'd assume that wyvern doesn't work on the same beasts freeze trap doesn't work on, but I do wonder about the others....like Skitter......

I dunno if I'm just super lucky or the dudes at PTR wanna test them bad. But Kirix, Skitterflame, Solix, Deth, Ankha, Karkin AND Banthalos are up at the same time atm on Naralex

Interesting. I do like to use wyvern for tagging and taming where possible.

Nice work! That actually went exactly as I'd figured. I wouldn't recommend actually using scare beast on Skitter, since the whole idea with him is to do a controlled kite, but wyvern is a really nice filler CC.

Scare Beast does NOT work on Skarr. I don't have a pic to confirm it really, but i have tested it out on his spawn thrice today and he is immune. I'm assuming Karkin is the same then.

WTF did that hunter just fear me o.0 since when the hell can they do that.

haha yes on the druids its awesome, they get annoyed, have to trinket out of it and the smart ones just go out of feral all together lol

Or the smart ones just go immune/don't let you cast/etc. and eat your face.
