Is it safe to have your jewellery and weapons equipped when taming her? Been up since 4am pulling endless laps looking for her and still nothing

Definitely not. Remove everything with stats. Even one piece will get you killed!

Oh hrm, looking at the tooltip, I think Veph's right. Still, if you can afford to take it all off, better safe than sorry.

I think the cats only take your Armor into consideration, so theoretically jewellery and weapons should be safe to keep on you as they don't have armor stats, but if you have the space you can always play it safe and just take everything off.

I dunno, I died taming one on the ptr with jewelery/trinkets on.

Still camping these cats, but ya as long as it says 0 armor you should be fine... 3 more hours until I have to sleep and thats 11 hours after the last mag/ank spawn... should I stay up for the xtra 6 and get realm first?

EDIT: tamed on the ptr with weapons and jewelry and tabard... but thats just me.

Guildie of mine found it and wanted to kill it.. told us in guild.. got one of our raid tanks and summoned us.. (i laughed and giggled watching the attempt..and our Raid tank got 1 shot from Magria for over 700k damage.) I told them let me tame it.. and they said if he cant tank it how will you tame it.. i said.. ILL DO IT NAKED!.. and they watched with awwww..!

oh woops forgot to add that indeed everyone is correct.. just be totally naked just to be safe and you are good to go.. gl =))

I tamed mine with Purple Festive Dress and Black Ice on. owo If it doesn't have armor on it, it's good to go.

My Theory is anything with Equip Bonuses that increase your stats, anything with stats, or armor is considered 'armor' and will count towards Magria's Buff. So in the end any Shirt/Tabard would be good. Or any 'bank' alt stuff would be good to. (Considering it usually has no point just to be stylish ) I don't know that is only my theory don't quote me on this either

This, is how I plan to go if I ever get to see Magria alive. I've still got my trinkets and rings and a neck for some extra stats, but none of them have got armor on, so I don't think he is going to rip me a new one.
