Last night, I saw Ban'Thalos be slaughtered on Shadowsong. Jealous hunters left and right, then dead. This was in the trees, which was kind of amusing to see so many deaths. Though, Ban was dead. Oh well, waiting til tomorrow.

Today, I was in the tree for not more than ten minutes, and it spawns right above me. Too far to shoot from the tree, which I thought was odd. Isn't it supposed to be closer to the tree? Or is that part of the challenge? I mean, flying up a pinch to reach it from the tree isn't much, but eh. Tamed it, no interruptions, etc. Server's second Ban'Thalos is mine, US Shadowsong. At least I rehomed it before more jealous and uncouth ruffians showed up. Of course, some jealous onlookers see my fresh tame and throw a few profane words my way, but who cares? They weren't "up" to the challenge like I was!



Dunno if this counts as a tame story, but I'm sure it doesn't. "I stood in a tree when nobody else was here" doesn't seem like a story at all. If so, cool story bro. Screenshot for proof of tame, photoshopped out the profane hatred.

I died about five or six times trying to tame mine, all the while with a mad cow druid and another hunter trying to kill/steal the tame. Finally got him though, and he is a heck of alot more entertaining then I had thought he would be.

And how did you get that silver dragon around your toon's nameplate? That looks soo awesome!

Still a server first tame if the first Ban'thalos got killed, so grats!

Major grats on that - although a big ol' frown to people raging at you. Every time a hunter gets the tame they want that's one less hunter to compete with - you'd think they'd know that.

@Shade: I'm fairly sure that's SquidFrame since it looks like she has the same frame I do. x) You can get the silver dragon, silver elite, gold elite...some other fancy ones, etc. etc. It's a cool little addon.
