Magria and Ankha Locations

Can someone give me like a graphical map of where they spawn? I've looked at the 4.2 threads and they're not helpful. Lol...telling me "Northrend Regrowth" doesnt give me much to work with as thats a lot of area to cover.

Let me see. I'll try to grab some screenies.
But do you know where that fire portal is with all the druids around it? It's kinda at the bottom of that hill.

Ah. I'm pretty close to there. I'm sitting near the three fire dudes making big fireballs though I'm off on a rock.
