Was stalking Magria and guess who I found?
Thought I would name him after the person who helped me tame him with her awesome 4.2 pet hunting guide!

That guide kicks ass! One thing though, Skarr/Karkins timer goes past 5 hours.

Yeah, I saw an 8h spawn myself....and been hearing of longer.....I don't think that's working as intended, if that's the case. x_x

Congrats! Success stories like that keep me stuck in a tree. That's a lovely screencap you snagged, I'm still wondering if I really like the wing glow or not, aha.

Got to the campsite @ 4:25am server time
Server reset @ 7:30am server time(instant log back in)
Tamed at 2:45pm server time
so either it was a 10h25m spawn(from when I got there) or if the server reset also reset the spawn timer it was a 7h15m spawn.

I'd go from the reset time, personally.

so maybe the timer is 2-8h's then, either way it was worth it to me!

Guess what. I log out long enough to handle up on some dailies on another toon and log back in on my main. Guess who was waiting for me.
He chose me.
If it wasn't for all the success stories today, I might not have logged in. I even got cheered at as I tamed. No one interrupted it and I was kind enough to wait for the hunter's who were there to have their trial and fail. I want to thank all those who did not stop my tame and for those who were excited for me, even though I was not their own faction.
Now I just need a name. xD He has now donned the name Archimedes.
