Who's idea was it to have a pet drop to a certain health to be able to be tamed?
I just had the most wonderful time kiting him and having an alliance druid (thank you Sylea) helping us. I set my shale spider free and started to try taming..
a gnome mage came out of nowhere and starts killing him.
I try distracting shot, tame, distracting shot, tame.. nothing happens. I watch this beautiful spider die right before my eyes.


I spent the last 13 hours camped on his spawn zone, died twice, finally got him working..
GAH I promised my husband I wouldn't camp after his spawn. I am so heart broken and utterly frustrated right now.

I submitted a ticket, but I doubt anything will be done about this.
I didn't have this problem with Sambas or Karoma.. why are people killing them left and right this expansion? I don't get it.

Oh and some DK and rogue on horde side killed Anthriss right in front of me today as well.. and they could read my texts!

I'm SO close to just giving up right now.

I didn't try my luck with Deth, but it seems like a hard tame with all the people hanging around and you having to kite it to low health :/ "Challenge" - a fun concept, but not in such a populated area :/ I'm not even trying for the spiders atm.

Its because blizzard gave something specifically to hunters, and not them... then the mentality of well if I can't have it neither can they kicks in.... the dicks, jerks, trolls whatever you want to call them start coming out of the framework. It doesn't help that all these spawns are extremely close to each other and it takes literally one minute to get from 1 spawn to another a most of these spawns take at least 30 seconds to tame. Unless this just gives more reason for the capture ability I suggested to be implement. "oh hey look the rare spawn I want /cast capture"...."ok lets go to where no one ever is to tame this".... ya wouldn't that be the life.

I normally wouldn't be fussed at all.. but he's been killed two times before now, meaning had I tamed him it would have been our server first.
I honestly don't know what to do. :S

I can't say i know how you feel, i'm afraid, my server is low populated, i've never experience this, yet i still send my condolences. hope those assholes on your server grow up. They made these tames hard to kill, but people still find ways to do it. damnit.

I know you were angry, but not all alliance are like that, however i've noticed alot of gnomes are.
So, death to all gnomes rally? let's get it started.
EDIT: sorry that was the other hunter saying that my bad, really tired.

I know not all alliance are like that I had a nelf druid helping to Typhoon him away... made my day until that gnome popped up.
But yeah, most gnomes I come across are complete tards. I hope to god they never make Gnome Hunters..we'd never ever hear the end of it.

Yeah man, what the fudge happened? Sambas nor Karoma were camped like this. Ghostcrawler once was, but that was one out a million I think.. I dunno. It's making me uneasy.

You forgot to cover up the name on his name plate. Don't worry though. I'm not the type of person to go around yelling at someone.

Also don't worry about something as bad as 5 pets being killed. They have been doing it to all hunters on my sever so they are asking for it

Wow.. what an absolute jerk. I dont understand where all these pricks have come out. I guess stick 7 rares in one zone and every jerkwad is going to come out in full force. For a mage to get agro off you so easily.. just sucks.. did DS get your agro back?

for a split second with DS I got aggro back, then he did arcane blast and got his aggro back. It was pure griefing, simple as that. With the amount of /begging and /no's I did you'd think something would have clicked in his head. :S

I got a response from an alliance friend of mine after I asked him to talk to this gnome mage.. his response ''I didn't know it was a pet!'' which is BS if you freaking read the patch notes or go on forums you'd know these were RARE PETS. Ugh!

Anyways, I need to grab another Shale spider to abandon as I set Ariana free today. I shall miss her, maybe I'll pick up her sister.

And that is BS you had it tagged anyways, he wouldnt have got the drop in the first place so he's just griefing.

You would think people would have more respect towards hunters than that. Me and a friend of mine went through the same thing last night except it was a hunter that already had Deth and he was just there to prevent my friend from taming him. Sadly she died and he tamed him only to /lol to the both of us and ran off.

I'd upload that kind of lost cases on wowjackass if I were you. I honestly can't believe how there can be that kind of people still around.
