Well sadly some other hunter was jealous because i was in the middle of taming Skarr and he killed him..


But i would've got Skarr if i didnt kept dieing, i did


Silencing shot > detterence > tame

this worked for me on the ptr.


But he still 1 shotted me at the end


How do i tame this guy? o.o

Were you using silencing shot to break barrage? If you have low haste, you might be getting a second barrage cast, so you really need to time that silence properly.

I just opened with Silencing shot like i did on ptr, guess that didnt work for me anymore, my haste is fine, i just think the opener was wrong.

Yeah, you can survive fireballs. It's the barrage that will kill you. I actually was trying to show an orc how to interrupt the barrage, but instead got a string of fireballs and had to feign. He probably thought I was nuts...

the way i tamed karkin was open with tame beast (will start the barrage) hit silencing shot to cancel it, pop deterrence and tame

Yea, i will try that next time i see him, i was doing it wrong in so many ways
