I recently transferred my horde hunter to a new pvp server and I had seen that Ban'thalos was up but no one was on. I already had him so I just left him alone and went about searching for other rares. Roughly 1 hour later I see he is still up along with one hunter trying to get it. I fly up to her and basically tell her to use the tree behind the Malorne statue, sadly she died trying to stand on it but invited me to group. Well I then noticed an alliance paladin had attacked Ban'thalos, and bubbled to survive the fall. The paladin intended to kill him and I simply would not stand for it so I flew towards the paladin and the moment Ban'thalos did his moonfire I unloaded on the paladin and needless to say he died. Well an alliance shaman had also come and attacked me and Ban'thalos, I had to retreat because of the shaman and guards attacking me. I quickly got away, healed up to full, and did the same thing to the shaman that I did to the paladin. Just before the shaman died I got Ban'thalos in a freezing trap and I had the other hunter start to tame. I feigned death and the hunter got it

I knew no one on this server but having read other taming stories (both happy and sad), I decided that I wanted to see Ban'thalos with a new owner rather than be killed. Ended up making a new friend on real ID and getting into a new guild. Have faith hunters, not everyone is mean <3.

well i just helped a hunter tame deth about 5 horde was their helping their hunter tame it so i went to general chat set up a 10man raid got sum guildes and we ganked horde like crazy so this hunter can tame it i feel bad for horde hunter tho =/ but its w.e just hope karma dont bite me in the ass when skitterflame spawns

Heh I just ended up taming Skarr and Deth'tilac just now. Help someone get their pet and in return get the one(s) that you want
