I was camping Kirix for fourteen hours yesterday, not a peep. So today I try my luck with Deth, and Eagle Eye to check up on Kirix's spawn point, and guess what? He was up. So I mount up, ride over to him, Camo past him and pop corehound lust. Then I pull, take his tackle and disengage, immidiately detter and tame. He kills me with one second left. A nearby Blood Elf, Kraxis, had tried to tame him "I tried five times and died each, lol. He's all yours if you can get him". So I thank him profusely, rezz, and try again. This time I GOT him! Kirix is now Tief (Pronounced T'ief, it is Troll for "Toxic".)

gratz but u could of did somethign way easier u could of just went on floating rocks and pull him and use this macro #showtooltip Deterrence

/cast Tame Beast

when he starts to cast and aspect of nature just in case thts what i did and i got it in one shot

Yes... but the LoS glitch always happened to me. All the time. I figured this was a more sure-fire way, so long as I timed it right. And I did, the second time

Yah.. the rock, not the best idea anymore unless you can find the sweet spot for kirix which seems to have gone alot smaller. I did Kirix that hard way with only 106k health on Saon

Tried doing Kirix with disengage / deterrence but didn't quite make it - probably because I only had 100k HP.
