So, I was in a dungeon group, and there was another hunter. He pretty much just blew up the second we all entered the dungeon, ranting and yelling at me.
"dude dont use kirix you made me cache it, you ******"
"I'll use whatever pet I want. Besides, we're in a normal cata dungeon, Kirix doesn't spawn here."
and so on. After the first 5 seconds I just stopped replying, but he continued to just rageface during the dungeon, doing very little damage as he was too busy yelling at me. We eventually kicked him for not helping and being rude.
Some people baffle me with their stupidity. Also, his "Terrorpene" the Terrorpene kept taking aggro from the tank, because he refused to deactivate the aggro skills.

He didn't do much other then rant really.
He was also the only one who didn't find the tank charging toward an enemy just to fall off the ledge funny...

He sounds like a grade A jerk. There's no reason to yell at someone for using a certain pet when you're running a random. They can use whatever they feel like, so long as it's not detrimental to the group like what he was doing. Running into a rate you're hunting is a risk you take when you go run a dungeon. You may have to clear your cache, that's just the way it is. It's a damn shame people react this way, sorry you had to deal with it.

What does hug skill do? O.o

I find it interesting you got pulled into a group with another hunter-that never happens to me, unless a dps leaves the group and a hunter gets pulled in.

Anyways-total jerk and an idiot who doesn't even know his own class. Who actually uses a tenacity pet in a regular instance?! I mean yeah, I keep one on me in case we wipe-my little Squee buddy Jadefang has saved groups from wipes a many a time now-but as your pet that you are using the entire instance? No wonder his dps sucked.

Just breathe and let it go. Next time-if you are unlucky enough to see it again-just whisper the others and ask for a kick-or just ignore the player there in the instance. Tis possible to do.

I had a druid once start in on my while I was running around on my littlest hunter. Giving me all sorts of unsolicited-and bad-advice about the pet I was using (a carrion bird in that run because it was one of those 'hallway' instances where visibility is low and I like being able to see what my pet is doing, so using a bird is preferred), and lecturing me about all the rares out there and that I needed a number of pet families and on and on and ON.

I finally just told him 'Dude, this is my 4th Hunter. I know what I am doing but thanks anyways." I was running bm and my dps was instance top-even with most of the others in heirloom items and me not.

Idiot kept on going, so I just ignored for the rest of the instance. Was rather entertaining to the other party members-all guild members of my hunter on that server. Yeah I'll go right out and tame a boar to use in the instance as my dps pet... Sure....

I can see using a worm in a dungeon if you spec him right X3

And in a cata reg? So long as you turn off growl/taunt and such you could use whatever you wanted, honestly. >_>
