Greetings friends. I come to you with a rather entertaining thread. Through means in which I shan't reveal, I can help you see how good of an idea it would be to tame a certain creature in the game! Or, how incredibly bad it would be. Mostly the latter! After discovering a handy tool, I have been playing around with my pet, turning it into all manner of abomination and delights. If you have anything you'd like to see as a pet, do tell! It only takes a second for me to make the edits. Attached are five examples. I'll periodically check back and do all of your requests! Or, if you want a personal photo of you with said pet, tell me your realm and faction, and I'll personally walk over, give your pet a race change, and take a commemorative photo!
While this pertains to pets, I felt it didn't fit in Pet Discussion because these aren't actually pets, just changes to the model.
Yes, I'm using a third-party program to do it. Am I doing it for exploiting? Heck no. I can kick anyone's rear just fine without tricks (sorry rogues!).

herm i think u replace file names of some sort so that you would view it as other pet but not other people...

Model editting. Only you can see the changes you make. I used to edit my druid forms to odd creatures such as rockflayers for fun.

I did the same with the old tauren druid cat model. *shudder* Changed it to Loque until the new models went live. Made the leveling a VERY pleasant experience.

*shudders too* Old tauren cat is what got me to model edit in the first place as well.

Sorry for the wait, here are the requested edits!
Also, forgot to mention; the pets come in three different sizes, depending on what pet I edit. I currently use a shale spider, spirit beast, and core hound for Large, Medium, and Small respectively. Small pets make model changes become huge, large ones tiny, and medium is normal.

zomg so much potential!!! i would model edit my siltihid collosus into spider man... xD but no seriously then id make ravagers into old werewolves.... not the new model crap and and and so many pet options now!!!!!!

Try to keep away from humanoids like faction leaders, they don't turn out quite well in that they have funky animation issues at times. Also, Ragnaros could not be done. No matter what "size" pet I choose, he's still as big as he normally is.

Was very pleasant to say the least. The smallest things cheered me up the most with that model. Whenever you sat down, or bounced at a target for example. xD
