Themed Mounts

Hi everyone, its Solarii! How's everyone doing? 
I have read alot of threads about hunter pet themes and as I was running around on my little level 12 gnome mage (no mounts yet) I was looking at her and started to think about an idea. I know that we can have themed pets but what about themed mounts? I know some mounts are prizes for achievements but they don't always fit the theme but they are great to have.
I was thinking of doing a theme of mounts based on how my little mage looks. She has light blue hair in a ponytail and light blue eyes. I looked at the SS I have but I seem to play her at night so I will spend today playing her in the daylight so you can see her. I was thinking of going for blue, black, white, or purple colored mounts. I am considering on doing it but I haven't convinced myself.
Have any of you ever tried this idea out?
