Harr"owl"ing!

So I logged in tonight after a great night with friends to find Ban circling the tree my poor dwarf had been sacked up in for the past few days. Now, mind you, dwarves already have a natural fear of heights, as well as an uncanny inability to park proto-drakes at the top of twigly trees, so you can imagine what kind of height envy I was already suffering. Now, upon logging in, not only did Ban happen to be doing laps around my tree, but I had been roasting the proverbial "hot dog on a stick" in the form of my Perky Pug, and my mastiff Deckard. I shakingly dismissed Deckard, and let my little cocktail frank bark up a storm as I set my trap, mounted, flew up, forgot what to do, dismounted, shot him, panicked, and THEN remebered my ice trap, drank a potion, and was promptly served a Banny can 'O whoop ***. Dejected, and fearing Pally, Mage, and DK hate from below, I flew back and spent 7 minutes reminding myself that proto drakes are the mental twin of a dog that chases parked cars. I finally thought I was good, dismounted and...oh, I am a ghost (rinse, repeat 2 times) again. My heart has officially stopped at this point, and all I can see is my hand burned from the seething rage that my moniter will suffer if another mage/pally combo treat Ban to a conjured death wish. I find my tree lay my trap, fly up, hit a shot, drop down, chug a potion, forget my name, address, pets name, and the fact I have neighbors who sleep, and tame...then the ice trap breaks again upon tame...(more dots)...and Ban forgets his to drink take his caffeine/moonfire drink and= no moonfire! Tame, cry, run about the house due to coronary stoppage, and name Bubo...and on a side note, he must hate heights, because he fell to the ground after he swore his pet oath leaving me to climb down alone...what a nite!
