That's The Lone Hunter, who rests on a hill just inside Eastern Plaguelands outside Darrowshire.

And he's always up so it's an easy to find puppeh. He's the only beastie up on his hill, just don't let him fool you. He likes to play dead. I had him for the longest time. [Without the sword, mind you.]

At level 14, your selection's going to be pretty slim. Even the old 'dead wolves' seem to have been all cleared up.

There's still diseased wolves in Silverpine, and still available at level 10. Only the ones from Elwynn have been altered as far as I'm aware.
