Skarr/Karkin Question

I opened up the Druids of the Talon today and discovered that one of Karkin/Skarr's spawn points is now covered with quest givers. Will he still spawn for me there, or will he only spawn at the other point from now on? Or will I only -see- him at the other point?
Anybody know?

Err, assuming you mean one of the ones near Dante, yes, they'll still spawn there.

None of the rare spawns are affected by the dailies so far as i have seen

I've seen skarr spawn on the lower rock by the new dailies. (sadly his rehoming...was not the most happy story...Hunter who already had him, stole him and disrupted the tame attempts of another hunter for the purpose of griefing, then renamed the new tamed skarr after the hunter he griefed...we ticketed a GM about that hunter)
But, yes, I can safely say Skarr still spawns in all his locals
