So Anthriss spawned! We finally get a bite on someone wanting to tame her. But what's this? Horde gathering around? No worries, I figure they're polite.

Until three-four of them gang up on the poor spider. She killed two of them but the paladin managed to finish it. So grumpy right now.

But don't fret Anthriss - someone on FM will love you soon. :/ This is mostly a post for a timer and to vent a bit. The Horde gathered, WATCHING and when they had just enough a few a few got splattered they kill it. Enjoy your repair bills, asshats.

I've seen Anthriss get killed as well by some mage and his body. Everytime i think of that spider it reminds me of Deth'tilac's (the user) post with chat between all the lava spiders : -P~~ "ME?? IM JUST ANOTHER F*****G YELLOW SPIDER". kinda makes me giggle, but yeah. Shame they didn't make all the spiders unique, there's plenty of other colors they could introduce. Then again, it doesn't change the fact that Anthriss spawns where it spawns, and is probably killed the most out of all 5.

It doesn't bother me that her color isn't unique - I <3 banana spiders. It's just sad she's so weak by comparison to most of the others and in such a bad spot she dies a lot. I've seen her the least out of all of them. :/ And haha, I love that chat post.

They should have put deth there with a huge aggro range

Some people still don't understand that not all rares = loot. In the past couple days I had people ask me to help kill a rare in MF. I had to school them that they are meant to be tamed. They don't drop loot. All one of em could say is "lame".

I had a shaman eagerly whisper me when I said I was looking for Ankha. He wanted epics and wanted to know if we could group up and share. I was like, "dude, its a hunter pet, it doesn't drop epics" he was the same as above and simply said "thats so lame" and stopped talking to me. People think all rares should drop epic lootz!!!!!

They are used to it. They need to change something.

Man, the Vanilla rares drop greens, BC and Wrath drop blues, but I dunno if they dropped anything other then those two kinds of loot, mind you. I don't really see where it's worth it when you get better gear out of runs/trash kills in raids right now. That's far from 'Epic', but I still blame the 'Bloody Rare' and 'Frostbitten' achieves for this thought pattern. The rare world bosses don't help this thinking either and with Deth having AS MUCH HP as one of those bosses, it's not surprising that he's getting confused for one.
