Some shaman in general shouted that Ban'thalos was up, so I rushed from camping Ankha to Ban's spot and tried to tree method to no avail. None of the other hunters were having luck with it either, so I put out in general that I'd tip 1k to any mage or priest that helped me with slowfall or levitate (I didn't know disengage worked. bad huntard is me) and got a whisper from a very nice mage who immediately rushed over, but I was naked from Ankha camping and had to get my health up. By the time I did and the mage had cast slowfall on me, it was too late. Some tauren had figured out the tree trick and tamed him.

In my defense, I wasn't actually camping for him, I was camping Ankha, so it really was my fault for getting there and not getting clothed fast enough to get him. Grats to mister tauren. At least you got him before the alliance guys did. Next time instead of trying to get priest/mage help, I'll just use disengage and hopefully have myself a gorgeous ghost bird. Have fun with your new cow friend, Banny. You coulda been mine.

I didn't get Ankha, sadly. I'm still waiting on him/her. Either he/she hasn't spawned yet or it spawned while I was attempting Banny and I lost out. Either way, I WILL get Ankha someday, be out of dumb luck like with Magria or from days of camping like with Deth'tilac. Some tard drew my attention back to screen by summon, of all things, Terrorpene on top of me. What? That didn't even mess up my cache. I've had that guy since lvl 84. Still, when the noise went off it cause me to jump and a great adrenaline rush. Hopefully the next time it goes off it'll be Ankha spawning for me in consolation for losing Banny.

Well, once again lost Ban'thalso. This time to alliance, which makes it only worse for me. At least a kindly tauren got him the first time. When will I get my Banny? =(

If it makes you feel better, I think this goblin is going to grab it from me since he's standing behind me. >_> Oh boy, this could get ugly.

I wish you the best of luck Sarantha! I know how it feels. I'm staring at the stupid trees of Magrias/Ankhas spawnpoint since four days now and really am getting sick of it. I really think they only show, when I'm asleep or doing the dailies...

I made a shoot/dismount/det/tame macro, so I'm hoping the NElf standing next to me right now doesn't have the smarts to make such a macro. Alliance being mostly children on my server, he likely hasn't, so here's to hoping I'll get my Banny! /fingers crossed

Yay! My 12 hours of camping paid off! Now to find my new little buddy a name....
