NPCScan and NPCScan overlay have updates now for 4.2 rares.
You've probably already done it manually, but I like the colors.

Seems they're slightly off on Karkin and Skarr. They got Karkin/Skarr marked in the north but just Skarr in the south.

I had a feeling this would be a great update... Not when I saw an armorless Belf Paladin camping the spawn for the Cats... *sigh*

And then they're missing the central Karkin/Skarr point altogether.

Where is this central spawn point? Can you show on a map?

No they're not. o.o; They only have two spots. They're right about that.

Unless your deleting your cache 5x a hour, it's pretty much useless the add on. It's going off all the time and get's annoying after awhile.

I thought they only had 2 spots as well.
I don't know what happened with npcscan (been using it since wotlk). But I don't remember it going off with the loud booming music if it was a tamed pet. Now it goes off for anything.
It is quite annoying I agree. But I still clear my cache often.

Huh...I thought there was a middle spawn point, the rock with the vent in front of it between the others. owo; My bad!
