Feel sorry for the other hunter but... if he wasn't willing to research the tame, what more can you do but be kind enough to let him try first?

I waited a total of 30 hours for Ankha (yes, I did sleep during those 30 hours, and I'm laid off, so I can sit at the comp for hours) and saw 4 Magrias. I gave up. Decided to try my luck with Banny, lost him the first time, second time was dumb luck and I got him. 2 hours later, I decide to check Ankha's spot just in case, and she literally spawned as I landed. I was like NO EFFING WAY this has to be a joke. It wasn't, and I got two beauties within 2 hours. Good things come to those who wait, indeed!

I was first one in my realm to tame a 4.2 pet . and it was ankha , thanks to my brother as he found and helped me to tame it . he just finished thrall quest line and was going to get the quest that lead to first attempt to attack fireland , it was then he shouted at me in game that he found a new rare beast that run very fast around . I was in baradin hold so I just teleported to sw and then got the portal to hyjal . then when I read this : bro there is no need to come anymore a goblin hunter tamed him I was really sad . then he said hey just come ! goblin is dead , then I was almost there that I saw my bro is dead as well . he told me that pet one shooted him somehow . I was right up on ankha and said must be cake will put freez trap and deterrence and he can't do anything to me , but as he was fast I just deterrence and start the tame , oh well he came and one shoot me as well . in the time my bro was alive once again and ressed me . we followed the beast . he told me that go start tame and don't worry about the rest . I did as well , as soon as I start the tame , he put his bubble on me and strangly it worked , I don't know why his bubble worked when my deterrence didn't but anyway I just tamed the beast

after that I read that I had to be naked . . . so I just got naked to tame magira , and thanks to god he wasn't that fast .

So funny i was reading this thread and waiting for ankha or magria to spawn (been her camping for about a week) and lo and behold ankha spawned and i tamed him
Named the beautiful guy Byakko which i am pretty sure means White tiger of the West. So fitting since i caught him just as he spawned in the west...lol

Congratulations to all those that have recently tamed their Ankhas! I too spent about 30 hours off and on camping for this beauty of a pet (was the last one i needed for 9/9 spirit beasts). Definitely my favorite of the transparent cats

Grats! Yesterday I was doing my dailies on my mage and AMAZINGLY Ankha was just wandering around! He was the one pet I wanted but couldn't be bothered camping for. I got on my hunter, even went to the stable and he was still roaming around without a care in the world. Seeing this as a nice opportunity I decided to take him for myself if any of the invisible hunters nearby didn't mind

I turn on "track hidden" and always /wave or /giggle at the camo'd hunters. lol.
