I kid you not. I was there from start to finish and Kirix killed FIFTY times. It was the best Kirix show I have ever seen xD And right after he killed the 50th time, a blood elf hunter tamed. I'll go through my screenshots and see if I can get any good ones, but I just thought this was pretty awesome. XD

i think kirix and deth should have a killing contest

I watched a Kirix kill-fest myself lol.
I stood at a safe distance (that handy dandy rock) and watched him plow down alliance and horde hunters right, left, and sideways before I popped a core hound and grabbed him lol.

I wasn't immune to a death myself by the way. I didn't even know Kirix was up and came be-bopping around that bend on my way to help a friend with skarr camping when I ran into Kirix face to face and he plowed me down. I didn't even want him but after he killed me, I was like "oh it's GAME ON you dumb spider!" Now he serves me lol.
Best part: I was weakened from rez sickness when I tames Go go trusty core hound!

I adore Kirix and his lethal killing abilities. He was the first rare I set out to tame and the first one I actually tamed. I named him after my favorite mythology character, who is also lethal, fast, and has tons of tricks up his sleeve, just like Kirix, our green spidey.

Killing 50 people...hilarious. I love standing there watching Kirix eat people, but FIFTY!? I would love to see a screenie of that.

I couldn't believe it myself. If someone would have told me the story, I would have called BS.
I think I might have a screenshot of it, but I was shaking so hard I could barely think.
Before any major tame I always get soooo nervous and start shaking really hard lol.

Ah yes, I do love Kirix and his "wtfpwndbtchz" attitude xD I think my best I seen was around 43 deaths before a hunter actually tamed it.

Kirix is the only one of the new rares I've tamed. Heck, he and Deth are the only two I've ever actually even seen out in the wild, untamed. I'll admit that it is kind of amusing watching people try to take him on, probably assuming he's going to drop some phat lewtz.

Yesterday, when I was slogging through my dailies, I'd just finished the Talon quests down in the cave and was heading up to get the next batch when I saw a red dot on tracking. I moused over and it was Kirix. Now, since there seems to be an annoying trend on Argent Dawn of hunters taming the rares, naming them the same thing as the rares, then parking them out near the rare spawn points, I wondered if it was the real thing.

Oh, it was. I was riding up to the questgivers when a big ol green spider rounded the bend. Even with a quick U-turn I was at half health in no time. I dunno if it was due to a failed tame, someone trying to kill him, or even just somebody intentionally leading him into other players, but Kirix was running back and forth around the 'corner' where the druids are. It was kind of amusing to watch from a distance. People would die, run back, and rez too close to him and die again. The npc's didn't seem to be affected by his toxic presence though.

After a minute or two he did reset for a moment and I was able to run in, get the dailies, and hop over to the relative safety of the island. He was still up but back to his regular patrolling by the time I finished 'em.

Yeah Kirix's kill parades are really funny to watch. The after math is even funnier with all of those different sized corpses laying all over the place. Usually some one ends up logging in in that area after Kirix has been tamed but there are still tons of bodies and says "WTF happened here? Did skarr spawn and get pissed or something?" And to that i just laugh. Kirix is a BIG GREEN Mean Killing machine and i can only imagine how much more devastating Deth is.

I watched Solix kill about 15 people before getting tamed. It wasn't near as epic, but Solix can eat faces with the best of em. There was a pile of hunters in that blue rune right in front of Solix and I was just camo'd in the corner observing the hilarious deaths. I helped out a few times at first but ended up dying due to those idiots not knowing how to kite, so I stopped helping and just started watching. Finally, some NElf pulled him with concuss, started kiting, other hunters were cheering her on and shooting traps to help out. They were shouting out in alliance gibberish something I'm guessing meant "tame it now" and she started the tame, got very low on health, but ended up with a very, very evil orange spider of murder.

I just realized you're on AD, so what I ran into last night was probably the tail end of the killfest you saw.

Kirix was up for over an hour on my server last night. Saw him up at 10 20ish, the hunter finally tamed him at 11 40 And he was up for awhile to before then!

it felt great to be able to help him tame kirix but I kid you not the total was

he died 12 times, another hunter died 5 times, another 6 times, a druid died 5 times, a mage died 7 times, a dk died 4 times, another hunter died 3 times,
a pally died once. A few hunters came to try once, died and ran off. A group was going to form to kill him when I told them no point in dying so much for 25g luckily they agreed. A rogue was playing to kill it but was just joking. Actually kirix was up for 10 mins untouched.. you only have to die once by the bug for most to run off Most after the second death ran off pretty fast.

in all I think he killed someone over 40 times. it was hilarious and so rewarding that the guy I was helping and actually wanted him got him he got it the hard way to.

Lol today I watched a paladin start to charge into anthriss and I tld him "get owned" laughing to myself and sat back to watch the show. Sure enough he got owned and I laughed as I continued on with my dailies.

Paladins trying to tank Kirix is funny.

I've seen people doing that a lot lately as well. >_< Especially with this one Goblin who I've heard likes to kill the rares he already has. -__-

50...50 times?? That wasn't like the time I saw on my realm...
Kirix was up, Skarr was up. OH THE KILL FEST I SAW. *curls up into fetal position* This children, is why you never ever have a BM hunter and someone trying Kirix at the same time. There were about 30 deaths by Kirix, 15 by Skarr (barrage ftw) I just sat by with my Gezzerak watching. It. was. funny. as. hell.

Ugh, how does one tame Kirix? I gave him 8 deaths myself yesterday until I just gave up. Its fun to watch him plow people over though (even though i'm one of them). I would be on the rock, i would shoot him to grab his attention, wait for cast, deterrance+tame. But whenever the tame would finish, it would just say "evade". Then he would shoot that other thing at me and I would die.
