SO!! A fellow Hunter buddy alerted me that Magria spawned! He was going for Ankha and he knew I was wanting Magria and I gots it! Short story is short but that's how it is!!

Also, got Skarr 5mins later. Trying my luck with Kirix but it seems I'm just bad at this game.

Uh, anyway, I tamed him by standing on a floating rock (sometimes he evades, but not always), summoning a corehound, using AH, dismissing it, popping that 500 haste pot, then taming away, crossing my fingers that his lethal poison didn't kill me before the tame went off. It didn't and I was one of the first to get this gorgeous black and green spider. I love him to death. As for Maggy and Ankha, both were random for me. Maggy was dumb luck, Ankha I camped for 30 hours, no sign of her, then Ban'thalos spawned, I tamed him, 2 hours later thought I'd check Ankha's spot just in case, and she literally spawned the second I flew to her spot. LUCKY!

I tried to get the Vent buff in the furnace but ended up jumping into the void on my way down. Couldn't avoid it at all. I hate this game.

Smash your face into a rock if you're on that side of the area. There is a rock where the buff shoots out of the ground and you can get it and start flying!

Not as well as you can with Mjolnir though.

Now isn't that the goddamn truth! If I had Mjollnir I'd just toss that son of a bitch AT Kirix, stunning him until I got the tame off.

Pfft. Kirix is so fast he'd out run Mjolnir or poison you while you weren't paying attention! Guy runs as fast as an epic mount. That's why the rock is so helpful when going for him. ><

You can tell I wanted Kirix really bad when I saw him. I died so many times before I figured it out, but I was NOT giving up on my Loki (Kirix's now-name) and had to have him. Eventually, I summoned Vali (a corehound) for AH, hopped on a rock, popped a haste pot, and tamed him. I died to poison afterward, but I'd have it no other way. He deserves to be a lethal killing machine.

PFFFT. Mjollnir when thrown converts into a Bolt of Lightning which translates into the Speed of Light! Kirix doesn't got shit on Mjollnir.
