Calming aspect of helping someone tame a pet

Sorry if this is a wrong place for this.

So, today, I was having a really bad afternoon. From my dad yelling at me for no reason, a Blood Elf stealing tags of quest mobs I was grouping up, and then trying to steal more mobs from me in the Molten Front, and my headphones dieing...I was just plainly pissed, and warned all my friends about it. I went through my daily glaring at my screen, being slow to calm down. I was getting the egg for the Daily in the fire plume when I saw Kirix running around. Just watching him calmed me alittle. I saw this MM hunter trying to tame him, so, after seeing him die, I jumped down. As soon as I landed below the hunter whispered me asking if I wanted help taming him. I told him no, I already had Kirix, and was going to ask if he needed help. He asked me about the strat, saying that he only know the Aspect of the Wild part, so I explained to him the rest of the strat. It took him 2 more trys, I used my turtle's Intervene to help on the last try. I couldnt help but smile as I saw the green spider grow smaller and take its spot at his side. I told him grats and he thanked me. I then dropped the group I had formed with him and set back to my dailys, and realize, I was no longer pissed, as if I had never been in the first place. Has anyone else noticed this? Anyone else ever be pissed at something, and clam right down while/after helping a friend or random player get a pet? Or am I just weird?

Perfectly natural reaction. :) You channeled your anger and frustration into something positive, so it transformed. :D
