So, it's about that time--those of us who've been steadily doing Hyjal dailies now finally get our rewards What do people think of them? Can I see screenshots of you on yours? I like it, and I love that there's more Hippogryph options now, although the colors are very... eclectic Kinda like a rainbow caught fire Here's a few ss's to start:

I'm loving mine I don't have any screenshots at the moment, but it's pretty much the only mount I've been using! Lots of people asking about it too, if they don't follow patch notes, or aren't questers.

I would say the ONE critique I'd have.. is I would have loved to see black antlers. Or at least the tips of the points blackened.. like they'd been scorched. That would have made it probably the most perfect mount in the game, heh.

I want mine!

I swear I've been doing the dailies every day, but I'm nowhere near to getting him. I still have to:

Recruit an Armorer
Build a Moonwell
Recruit Elderlimb and the ancients
Find the Fire Lasher

How many more days am I looking at here?

Ooh, I really love this mount. Got mine on Tuesday night and I've been using it every day so far. I especially love how hippogryphs are ground mounts as well now.

Only complaint I have about it is that the alpha is wonky in zones where there is colored ambient light. Take the birdy to Moonglade and you'll see muted brown body... BRIGHT YELLOW TAIL.

The colors are great - if you know anything about color theory, blue and orange are complements, and the subtle blue makes the oranges pop out even more than just slathering it with yellow through red (like the firehawks... which look kind of bland because they are so monochromatic)

They need to find an excuse to release the other hippo mount skins, and the Black Knight's Gryphon while they're at it.

I have gotten so many mounts lately that I feel like I am drowning.. And I still don't have those I really aim for.

Oh man, I'm envious. I need to start doing my dailies now. :( I haven't been down to Hyjal since patch day because I wanted to avoid the rush, but I really want that hippogryph. D;

I actually have a bit of a funny story about this guy.
So, I did the Shadow Wardens today. And after I finished up, and did the moonwell, I'm all

I need to save that guy down in the druid's place.

I sit on top of the sealed hole, all sadface. So I see some alliance guy
He's all
*takes out kirix (I guess he thought I was camping), /points, /laughs, and /spits. He was flagged for PvP. So I went to take him down (and I did, despite my lack of pet, due to them falling through and I forgetting to resummon lol), and then I proceed to get ganked by a group of alliance.
So, I go to res and... huh? My ghost fell through the floor, and into the place with the quest I needed. Sweet!
So I go back to the graveyard, res while falling, close enough to my corpse, then use my parachute to prevent death, then go do the quest.
Now, the turn in guy is not where he's supposed to be. So I'm all bummed. I decide I wanna go see if Deth is up, to help it's tame or hold it for someone. Bam, NPC with a big yellow ?

It's absolutely gorgeous! I've been using my Cenarion Hippogryph a lot lately, so I consider this guy to be an evolved version of him. (Poor guy caught on fire. :( Good news? He doesn't seem to mind.)

I'm close to a Flameward...but haven't been in Molten Front/Hyjal since a Deth incident which REALLY brought out Manno's Reputation at his finest >_> But I am close too one, annnnd, I really want a fire lasher xD They look cool.

Unlock everything in the Molten Front.

Basically you get it by doing every single daily everyday until youve collected 2 sets of 150 marks and then 3 sets of 125 marks while doing 1 escort quest for the Druids of Talon and doing a short quest chain involving some seed lol.

I got mine last week, around a day or two after everyone started popping up with them. I'd only missed one day of dailies, but hell, it took a LONG time! Around a month or so.

I'm also very close to getting the title! I only need three more achievements and those all depend on what dailies are given and what mobs it gives me. But I'm close to being Kuraine the Flamebreaker!

Is the fire effect somewhat... screwed up while flying? The wings' fire effect seems to be appearing in front of, and behind of the wings at some times.
To me, it's mildly annoying, but I can ignore it...
