Decided to make a set of screenies of each of my pets, as I am bored silly at the moment lol. Trying to find a good screenshot, or trying to find the right spot to screenies some of my guys is rather interesting. Some of them are not as photogenic as I would want them to be.

Faí (Loque'nahak)-my most favorite pet in the game. I made my first hunter because I spotted this guy on Petopia. He's always been in my top five rotation, even when we could only have five pets.

Hatsu (Ban'thalos)-A whim tame, first on the my server to spawn even, thus his name. I've grown really attached to this guy really quick, though he does frustrate me in that I cannot get a good screenshot of him to save my life!

Marrok (Karoma)-Another big fave, though having so many spirit beasts as faves makes it really difficult when I stop by the stables. I usually end up carrying two SB with me most of the time because I love these guys so much.

Fenrir (Skoll)-I saw him when I was a little level 16 and pestered the hunter with him until I got a full recounting of how he got this gorgeous puppy. If they ever release the other skins of him I'd be in real trouble.

Tsume (Ankha)-very pretty kitty, ties in with a rp of mine, where a spirit-tiger named Tsume is my character's guardian.. of a sorts. His dominate color scheme is usually white and blue.

Zhao (Magria)-Another variation of Tsume, who's name means the same thing. I like both of these kitties, but not up close. Up close their eyes bother me, though they are much better then Gondria to me, which is why I abandoned Gondria and Ghostcrawler to tame these two.

Heimdall (Articus)-Got him on a fly by the first time I tamed him. On my second hunter, I spent a long time camping him, enough so that my second of these is named Insomnia. I had planned on releasing Heimdall when I got Insomnia, but I've been unable to let him go.

Hel (Snarler)-my baby! I adore this wolf skin, I don't know why, as he is 'common as dirt', but Hel here has been my constant companion since I tamed him when I first started the game. He was my go to companion when I was a raider, and I have a version of him on each of the hunters I make.

Holic (Skarr)-A truly painful creature to camp, I think, after Looque (who took me four months), this was the worst camping experiance I had. There was a lot of drama around the time I spent camping this guy, though I made a number of new hunter friends.

Acheron (Sambas)-As soon as I hit 85 I went after Sambas and Karoma-I didn't even bother to go train for Camo before I started to camp the two. I got Karoma first, then started on Sambas. Was getting harassed by a goblin hunter who kept popping traps all over the place-to snag him first if he spawned. I grew irritated enough that I left the area-and found Sambas waiting for me just down the way at the next spawn point.

Bast (arched orange tiger)-Tamed this after an instance was finished. She and I both died during/after the tame, but I got her. When she was still new I had a few hunters ask me how I got her, and so I would lead some groups into the instance to show them how to tame.

Unnamed (arched black tiger)-my original black hunched kitty, whom I cannot for the life of me settle on a name for. He's had about three names now, and is currently named Holic so I wouldn't forget the name for my Skarr-who I had given up on taming when I renamed him. He needs a new name, but I am a little lost at the moment at what to call him.

Tybalt (Echeyakee)-a nod back to when Shade was a blood elf, long long ago. He's had a few different names, each when I race changed Shade. I love his name and look now, as it has meaning to me. HE has not been out to explore the Cataclysm yet, but he should get some time to run around soon.

Bandit (Slaverjaw)-I've had an on again, off again, on again relationship with the hyena family for a very long time now. My original was a red hyena named Jester, who much to my horror, was changed into one of those dogs in the change. I was not impressed and, scarred for life, I avoided hyenas for awhile after. I've decided to give them another chance again, and am slowly starting to relearn to like these guys.

Baskerville (Chromaggus)-It cost me about 500 or 800 gold (I can't recall) to get into an instance to tame this guy. There was much drama and chaos before I finally was able to tame him. I adore this skin, the cat's eyes, the big spikes and the pretty purple scales. He is one of my favorite creatures, design wise in the game.

Gojira (King Krush)-I used to have a black Devilsaur and never thought I would actually like the green one-I mean lime green, really? Was camping for Loque for a friend, and found him, so I went ahead and tamed on a whim. He has quickly become one of my constant pets when I raid these days, and much to my confusion, I rather like him now. I still really can't explain why.

Charybdis (Karken)-wasn't sure if I wanted him or not, but I did want Skarr, so I would log in and out at the spawn point. One day I logged in and he was just waiting for me. I tamed more as a practice to make sure I had the technique for Skarr down right more then anything else, but I have gotten attached to him now, and he shares the spot with Kismet as one of my most used tank pets.

Gizmo (Cinderweb Broodling)-read about taming these guys and when I saw them spawn while camping for Skarr, I was still hurting from loosing Deth for the third time. I decided I wanted one, just to see if they were really tameable. Tamed him, and ended up helping seven other hunters tame theirs, as most did not know they were the tameable variety. I named the first one I tamed Gizmo-as Pyrotechnic, the name I had given the red lava spider I had been using up till that point, didn't seem to fit him. I decided against the name Gizmo, abandoned that one (to avoid having to buy a renaming scroll), tamed another, and despite myself named that one Gizmo too five mins. later. And the name has stuck since. He matches perfectly the mount that I got that same night.

Jitterbug (Blue Silthid)-one of my favorite designed pets in the game. I can sit there and watch this guy all day, indeed he is usually my camping companion just because it is so fun to watch him dance, and because I can replace him easily if I have to abandon him to tame something. Named for dancing, though it is also the name of one of my friend's cats. Considering that she hates bugs, she is not that amused by my Jit here.

Kismet (Jadefang)-my SQUEE BUDDY!!! Love this little guy, he has been the most constant tanking pet that I use these days. I wanted to tame him for awhile, but waited for all the people to calm down about him. I didn't know I had to grind rep to get the quest to get up there. Luckily enough I was able to follow a person who was going up there and ride their blasting bomb up to the spawn point. I kept Shade there for a full day before he spawned. I tamed him with no trouble at all.

Pendragon (Gezzarak the Huntress)-I keep coming back and forth on this one, as to keeping or not. he is one of the few pets I have that I'm not set 100% on, but I will likely keep in the long run, unless something I HAVE to have comes out.

Ragnaroc (Terrorpene)-Camped for a while and when he finally did spawn, I couldn't find him at first! I thought it had been the person who was greifing me by pulling out theirs, but he did finally show up for a tame. Died twice while trying to get him, but I managed to persevere.

Requiem (Gorebite)-Poor little guy. I tamed him while helping someone with the quest that spawns him. I tamed and then they quit the quest and redid it, and this time I helped the other player kill him. I got pulled into the Throne of Tides instance, where the tank had me send in my croc to the mob of the little archers that kept one-shotting us. Requiem earned his name due to all the multiple deaths the poor guy had to go through.

Sectumsempra (Grey Spiked Wind Serpent)-Tamed for a petopia random pet challenge. I adore the look of this guy, and he is really fun to have out while just running around-or swimming!!-but I don't find myself using him as much as I do my others. As much as I like him, if I find something more useful, I might end up letting him go. Anyone know what his name is without looking it up?

Cryptid (Blue Madexx)-Spent a number of nights hunting for this guy, and in the long run had a good deal of trouble finding the right color. I found plenty of greens and browns, but the only blues that I ever saw, all three of them, were already dead when spotted. I flew by while working on my mining and found him just waiting for me late one night right before I was about to log. I couldn't get to sleep after that for awhile, lol.

It was actually a lot of fun trying to go around and take some good screenshots of each of them. There are one or two that I might redo, but I am happy with most of them.

Sectumsempra: A spell made by Severus Snape during his school years, which was recorded in his Potions book. This book later fell into the hands of one Harry Potter, who used the spell against Draco Malfoy, actually causing him harm for one of the first times in his life. Sectumsempra is a "cutting" spell. At a later time, Harry tried to use Sectumsempra against Snape himself, not knowing that Snape was, in fact, the creator of the spell.

Hmmm I think it is time for Bast and my unnamed kitty to move along-I have Skarr and don't need three hunched kitties. I miss having a fox as well so.... I don't know who will go in the other spot though. I think I want one of the fuzzy faced tiger models. Will have to think on which one though.

But I don't think I need another cat. Between Sambas and Skarr, any other kitty would likely very rarely get used...

So what to do with the empty pet spot?

Kholai (Ashtail)-Bast's replacement. Rather like this little guy, have had him on and off again on my hunters for awhile now. Finally had to go back and get him again when I decided that Shade really needed a fox of her own.
