I was on my alliance DK, as usual around this time, doing my rounds for shadow wardens. And of course come across lonely Solix. No one alliance side wants him. I whisper a horde Real ID friend and she DOES want him, so she rushes over, dies a few times until I tell her what to do via Real ID. A NElf shows up, who was AFK when I announced in general. She's sad, but understands and doesn't try and gank the tame, just sits and watches as my friend finally tames Solix with help from my draenei DK's chains of ice.

Cross-faction ftw! Sometimes we can work together and this really made me happy to see both factions working together to get a tame and not ganking it from the other. Mature and kind alliance people DO exist on my server!

I did the same thing with Kirix last night after my Ciscow buddy helped me get Karkin.

For a follower of Loki, you're not a bad guy. Perhaps you have an inner-Thor just waiting to burst out.

Don't insult me! Thor can put his hammer elsewhere! And Loki isn't a bad guy. =(

Hehe. ANOTHER rehoming story I'd just add to this thread, Deth'tilac had spawned when I logged over to my horde toon, and there was only one hunter in general. She didn't even know who Deth'tilac WAS until I told, then she rushed over to tame of course. The little BElf died twice because she tried taming him right off the bat until I told her, NO, he has to be at 15k or below. A dwarf hunter also comes by and helps (I had helped him in the past and he knew me, so it kinda helps to have 'friends on the other side') by sacrificing his tank crab to Deth until he's tamable. The BElf gets Deth and is so happy with her new purple spider that she didn't know existed until I told her about him. Cross faction help again paid off!

awsome story. Its so nice to see hunters working together and respecting eachother. (unlike on my sever were they kill rares, or get there late, tame them and abandon them infront of somone who was trying to tame it, just for the lulz) =/

Oh, dear, that happens on my server all the time. I was shocked by these two rehomings. They went off without a hitch and I'm sure I'll be paid back in bad karma tomorrow for doing something good today. For some reason, karma hates me.

Skitterflame ganked twice, once when I was 2s from finishing the tame.

<3 the name Loki. My Solix is named Loki. I also have Tyr (Karkin), and Odin (Magria).

Kirix is Loki. He is so fast, so deadly, and uses stuns and poison, just the perfect Loki! Doesn't wanna get his hands (talons?) dirty. Hehe.

I am saving Sigyn for when I get Skitterflame. Loki's wife. Firey and passionate...enough to love the god of mischief!
