Revenge and an unexpected new friend

So while heading to Molten Core to farm my bindings... I realised I did not have a raid group. I then decided to go and explore Searing Gorge and Burning Steppes, as I never really been there a lot since Cataclysm (aside from flying to MC / BWD)

It was then that I saw Worgmistress Othana pretty much abusing 8 wolves like they were worthless. I decided to take a closer look and went over to one of the wolves... And they didn't seem to mind my presence at all. As if they wanted me there. They wanted to be freed... So I tamed one.

I named her Ribelle (Rebel in Italian or so google translate told me :P) as I loved the sound of that name... And she's rebelling against the Orc, after all, for not killing me.

There were still 7 wolves left... But I could not take them all home. So I let Ribelle kill Othana, so that the other 7 were free to run off and find their own destiny :)

Yes... Ribelle isn't a rare... But there was a reason and little story for taming her... Which is why I wanted to make a post about my new friend :)

It's nice to have taming stories that don't involve the same rares over and over again. Well done for the kind deed and congratulations on the gorgeous worg! May you hunt well. :) I'd love to see screenies! :D

That's a beautiful reason, and a very fitting name. The best of luck to you and your new friend. I'd also love screenies.

Sometimes the best pet is the one with a story and reason behind it. I have a yellow dragonhawk I've had since BC and don't plan on ever releasing. Her story is that she was enslaved by the trolls in ZA and I freed her by taming her and killing her former master, much like you did.

I would post a screenshot but eh... I'm terrible with computers and have no clue how to :P

Edit: Yay for smart sisters who know how to!
