Deth'tilac The Story. (Read When You Have Spare Time!)

*If you just want the tame part of my story then skip to the final paragraph!*
*Introduction*
Ever since I played wow again (Start of 4.2) I heard of the rare taming challenges in the Molten Front, so I really wanted to to get there and tame those beauties! When I got to 85 my first instinct was to not PvE or PvP, it was to get in that Area and get those dailies done. Then I camp. Luckily enough I stumbled upon Karkin, I wasn't aware of this mob before so I tried to tame him, no buffs or anything. What do you know he kills me
.I run up again and to my attention I saw a feral druid with a healer team up and kill it. Pretty gutting, but this only made me want the rares more and more. But the one I wanted Most, was Deth'tilac, the Smoldering Darkness.
*The Worgen and the others*
I figured I wasn't 'worthy' enough to even attempt to tame him, so I stuck to the smaller ones, I stumbled across Kirix, many deaths later he was mine (I can explain how I got him if you want). Thinking I was 'The Man
' cruising about the molten front, I always walked past a Worgen Hunter, since I was on the horde the only means of us communicating was him /laugh'ing at my precious Kirix 
. I create an alt just to talk to him and he claims hes after the rares as well and he had most of them, I told him I would tell him if I saw the ones he was looking for them at the time, (Deth and Skitter) he said the same to me. A few days went by and I had Kirix and Karkin, I get a /w from a random Goblin and he told me Solix had been up for a few minutes, I told him OmW and I rushed to the cave, no-one was there and I see Solix bathing in the lava, and a few concussive shots later. Mine! I then find out the Goblin was the Worgen! What an act of kindness! (Don't worry i spammed /thank 
). Days went by, and My list of Molten front rares were, Kirix, Solix, Karkin and Skarr. I noticed Skitterflame was up, I went to tame it, but then I thought the Worgen would like to tame it more than me. Went on my alt, /w'd him about it. relogged onto my hunter to see him trying to freeze trapping it, other hunters let him but this Orc death knight trying to kill it distracted his thoughts I guess and didn't realise how low Skitter's energy was. He freeze trapped it again and it died. I felt quite bad He didn't get it. I persuaded the orc to go away though and I was distracting the mobs around him so he would not get killed by those annoying Punishers. You're probably thinking why i did all this for him, well an act of kindness goes a long way, and really it did!
*Deth'tilac horror story, Worgen's success and then my big day!*
Decided to check Deth's spawn point, and BAM! Npc scan went off and there he was, looking lonely. SO I did the sacrifice pet tactic and got him to low enough health, my heart was racing. But then.. A human Mage comes out of nowhere takes the aggro off me and dps's it alot, THEN goes to melee range.. And I think you know what that means. Deth is dead. I am gutted and the Mage is laughing it up. /laugh'ing at me and /laugh'ing at it's corpse. I felt horrible to loot him and see that crystal. Horror story and a half. All I did was log off, and watch tv to take my mind off it. Positive thoughts went through my mind as well though! Like How I know I am 'worthy' of taming him. When I came back to the molten front with my mind fresh two days later, My priority was Deth not the others, he must be mine! Got /w'd by the goblin again and he told of his success with every other rare. He has Deth and Skitter, he has the full set. He deserves a huge gratz! No luck with Deth'tilac for me at all, heard things like i just missed him or stuff like that, didn't make me give up though. The next day, (today actually) was my day, waltzed up to Forlorn Spire to check heard that glorious Npc Scan Noise and i was going crazy in my mind. Had my core hound ready to be Deth striked to hell! I was worried incase any hunters came whilst i experienced this. When his health was at halfway I see someone come up on their mount, it was the worgen! I was cornered by Deth, he had me where he wanted me, slow traps were on CD, didn't have an alive pet, I was done for, then he aggros deth! sends his pet in to get deth striked, whilst this happened I revived my pet and we played squash with our pets until Deth had low enough health. I hit ancient hysteria abandoned my core hound, concussed him and tame away! All I did was stare at the taming cast bar go down, waiting, waiting, and waiting. Was the longest couple of seconds in history! And then, bam! He was mine. IRL I shouted out WOO! in guild chat i went crazy, and I see the worgen go offline, and he came online with the goblin and gratzed me and I thanked him so much. It has been a great day for me!
I apologise for such a BIG post but man, this was amazing. Only need Anthriss and Skitterflame now. Then I can Rest in Peace. Apologies but no screenshot! too excited and nervous to screenshot the moment.
