Heh, kind of awkward.

Not sure where it would have been okay to put this so I just put this in off topic...
I made a character on Arathor.. needed to get away from main server.
It was a female troll...I have no idea why but I named it Koristrasza (Uhm. WoW dragon's ftw?)
Then I was on another character doing RFD... I saw the NPC Koristrasza and was like... What.. the heck? I had no idea about that NPC at all until after I came up with the Char name...
Blizzard is stalking me. o.o
(Yes this was pretty useless to post but I had to share it.)

That is kinda funny
There's an npc in Stranglethorn I believe named "Airwyn Bantamflax", she's a gnome with the same name as my Night Elf
And an npc out in Zangarmarsh that is appearance-wise absolutely identical to my hunter. The hair, the skin tone, the markings, everything, I have many screenies of my hunter with her

Yeah I know this isnt WOW, but back in the day I was playing Suikoden 5 for the PS2. I named my main character Royi (after my WOW name). Played through the storyline to collect all my party members / stars of destiney or whatever and I came across a part where there was a doppleganger that was pretending to look like my character. He looked exactly the same as my main guy, and his name was Roy. So there was Roy and Royi in a RPG who looked identical. Was kinda funny.
Fun when that happens though

I made a night elf druid and named her Ysaeil, then when i got to Zangarmarsh i discovered the leader of the cenarion expedition is named Yseil
Its really awesome and kinda funny to see that kind of stuff
I now RP that Yseil is my druids sister (it also helps that i have the Guardian of Cenarius title and a cenarion war hippogryph)

I haven't seen any NPCs that look like my characters that I can remember, but I did find another PC night elf running about that looked JUST LIKE ME. Creepy stalker person! Same hair, same skin tone, same markings, everything was identical.

Well, another player stole my name. :1 I used to be the only Aeladrine (though I had two characters named that). Now there's another one! At least she's a human, though, so it's not as creepy as poor Veph. Someone made the exact same character as her. :1

I did see a PC once who looked identical to Airwyn, the pet she had out was ironically one that I had in the stables! To make it even better, the beginning of their character name was Stalker lol.
