For those who wanted to know if he keeps his flames after he is killed, he indeed DOES keep them. I did a test, purposely getting my boar killed(Sorry Flambe!) twice and resurrecting him. He kept them both times.

Consider the myth of him losing the flames...busted.

Eh, it's okay Night, we have new people coming here all the time so sometimes those older posts tend to fall off the first page pretty quickly. Unless it's on the first page already, in which case, don't mind me.

I was inspired cause Kalliope was saying in a post that the burning boar lost it's flames. I was confident it didn't but the post inspired me to experiment to double check. Had Flambe lost his flames, I would've probably gotten rid of him. Since he doesn't, I kept him.

She's since fixed her post.

Yep, I hadn't seen conclusive proof (such as pictured above), so I misrecalled hearing otherwise.

For the record, I did fix my other post before seeing this thread, but actual proof is always preferred.

apparently that thread i linked is locked. so ppl are gonna keep asking about the aura pets. unless one of the moderators can sticky it or something.

i just checked the resource thread, and its only called "griff's taming guide" maybe rename it "griff's guide to permanent aura pets"
