Oil-Stained Wolf!

Well! I have been using these forums to track, seek, and learn about all the lovely pets in WoW for quite a long time, but until now I've never joined or made a post! But, with my tame of the Oil-Stained worg, I figure its about time, right?
Heres a picture of my new wolfy.
Wolves are probably my favorite pet, for whatever reason. I just like wolves of all kinds. This is one of my favorite, I saw someone on my server walk through Stormwind with it the other night, and tonight set out on my quest to tame it! It took maybe a couple hours between looking up all the info and giving various methods a try. I'm pretty excited to have this awesome looking pet. Now he just needs a worthy name!
This was tamed only days after I also got Karoma, another wolf I spent quite a while eyeing before I was able to get it. Got Sambas right after him too. o_o
I do wonder though, I know people have said taking this pet into the Arena will ruin his oily coat. But, is it the same for Battlegrounds? I don't want to try, since I really don't wanna have to try and tame one again, heh.
Anyways, thanks everyone for all the helpful info posted here!
