Story 1- Rajan
Wildmoon sighed. Night was going to fall over Stranglethorn Vale soon, and again, there was no sign of King Bangalash. Wildmoon tried to remember what the dwarf, Hemet Nesingwary Jr., had told him about King Bangalash. "Yeh want to know about King Bangalash? Well, he's a fierce white tiger, massive, sleek, and muscly, an' yeh'd best be wary when lookin' fer him. He's been known ter kill unknowin' adventurers like yerself." Sure, Wildmoon thought, it was useful information, but he didn't tell me where King Bangalash was to be found. I bet Feralclaw could track him down without any directions, Wildmoon thought miserably. Feralclaw was Wildmoon's older brother, a master hunter, and a hero of the Alliance. Wildmoon was always in Feralclaw's shadow. A growl snapped Wildmoon out of his thoughts. A tigress was stalking him in the ferns. Wildmoon quicky aimed his bow and shot the tigress right in the chest. The tigress crumpled on the rainforest floor, dead. Wildmoon then decided to find a spot to rest for the night.

When he awoke, the sun was peeking through the treetops. Wildmoon packed up his things that he had taken out the night before and resumed his search for King Bangalash. After several hours of fruitless efforts, Wildmoon began to worry. What if I never find him? Then, Wildmoon saw it: a massive white blur. My mind must be playing tricks on me. But the blur pounced on Wildmoon, knocking the wind out of him. King Bangalash!
When Wildmoon regained his breath, he whispered, "Please, join the Hunt with me!" He tried coaxing the beast into being his hunting companion.
"We will have many great adventures together, and I will no longer be in the shadow of my brother."
King Bangalash growled
"I will care for you and treat you as an equal, as a friend, noble beast." Wildmoon's last attempt to coax the beast worked. The tiger's eyes softened and he went to Wildmoon's side, purring.
"I shall call you Rajan, friend. It means 'king' in a far-off land. It is a name that you truly deserve" Wildmoon whispered, stroking Rajan's soft white fur.
