The Full Stables Dilemma

I'm feeling just..super disorganized right now. I -hate- having a stable full of things that never see the light of azeroth-day.

Not too sure what I hope to accomplish with posting this, maybe some advice? Or perhaps there's more people who are doing this too

So here's the list of what I have currently.
What I know for sure I want to keep:
Sithrax-- my Deth'tilac, it comes with me everywhere.
Floyd-- One of my oldest pets, I always use him quite frequently as well
Felidae-- My Gondria. Huge plot point in Zui's RP story, my favourite spirit beast, is my go-to BM dps pet.
Kioo-- My Skarr. One of my favourite cat models, I use him for MM DPS.
Muffin-- My Gorebite. One of two of my tank pets which I alternate between.
Steve--My red Madexx, same as Gorebite.
Hokupoku-- My King Krush, again, is another part of Zui's RP and is pretty much, strictly an RP pet.
Green Madexx--I'm sure I'll have a use for this thing sometime.

And now the unused ones...
Sambas-- can't even remember the last time I used him, I'm hesitant to abandon him since I feel like I might want to use him sometime.
Kirix-- I love the skin but never use it because Deth comes with me everywhere.
Ban'thalos-- flying pets are the bane of my existance. I can't use him.
Arcturis--Gondria is the only spirit beast I use.
Loque-- same as above
Ghostcrawler-- same as above
KAroma- I'd -love- this pet if it wasn't so unrefined and scratchy. :\
Karkin-- I just don't have a use for this adorable little bugger..I have tank pets and PVP pets.

..I need a lot of help. D:

Ankha, Solix and Skoll have already been abandoned.

I'm going though this same issue as well. Went out and tamed way to many rares that were just for taming purposes, while some of my more bonded pets remain out running with me.

Since Felidae is the only Spirit Beast you use, there really is no purpose to keep the other spirit beasts. I'd say take a screenshot as memory and release them. If you really really want them back, there is always the thrill of the hunt once more, or perhaps you will find them spontaneity when flying over their homelands (or there is always a GM). If it was meant to be it was, if not, do not worry about the beast as you have your bonded pet with you.

It may be hard to let a rare go since, well it is rare and was hard to find. What I found that helped me cope to release King Krush, Arcturis, Ghostcrawler and Gondria was to take a nice screenshot with them (got matching clothing and a site) take a nice screenshot and give them a /kiss farewell and let them be.
I got my memories, but also got some room to fill with beasts I will have a purpose for :)

Whatever you may do, I wish you luck :D

I'd say take screenies with everything and then let the ones that are on your second list go. Sometimes we just need to clear out our stables.

I might do that soon... I don't mind pet camping, so, if I need to release a few, I can always get them again.. ^^

I personally just released Solix and (again) Gondria. I only re-tamed her because I wanted to own all three spectral tigers. However, I don't use any but Magria. So, released Gondria and will be releasing Ankha shortly also.

I may release Karkin as I never was a crab person, and debating on Sambas and Aotona since they both rarely see the light of day. :/

I think that you should get rid of Arcturis, Ghostcrawler, and Loque, seeing as you never use them.

A question would be-why do you need to clear out your stables? Is there something else that you want to tame? And if so, how many stable spots do you need to open?

I would say take those pets on the last list out of the stable and spend a day using them before you decide to get rid of any of them. Or just get rid of them all and make a note of when and who you let go somewhere, so that you can get them restored if you ever decide that you regret letting them go.

Actually I agree with you, Shade.

I'd like the space to be able to tame more common pets, rather than "RARES EVERYWHERE" but also, it just really bugs me that I have so many pets that I never use.
