Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone can help me out since most sites/forums don't have any update on the Ravasaur Hatchling since 3.3. Everyone says you can find a Ravasaur Martiarch Nest in Ungoro but I've been searching forever and can't find anything. No updates on it from WOWhead since 2009.

Basically, what I want to know is if this nest that bring this adorable baby King Krush still exist??

I just checked the AH on my server, and there are a couple. So I assume they're still findable.
But presumably quite rare! They were 3k+! Good luck to you, I hope you find yours soon!

Yup, the nests are still out there, my friend got the Ravasaur one just two days ago.

I've never seen one either, so don't feel bad. xD Though I've never really looked for them, whenever I pass by I check.

Yeah, they're all there. I've made a habit out of checking on the Ravasaur nest whenever I'm in Southern Kalimdor, as it's the easiest 600g+ ever. The Ravasaur nest is by far the hardest out of them all, as it has much more spawn points than the other nests.

Yeah it's still out there just have to find it!

I know I've found the nest once since 4.0; I check every time I have that dig site. I've found the Matriarch herself more often, though.

Yea with all the foliage it makes the nest really hard to see and during my venomhide dailies i found the nest in a lotta places i hadnt seen before when i was collecting them for gold... i would make up some screenies of the locations but i can only remember the exact spots for a couple >< it was def the easiest 10k ive made collecting a raptor for 90% of the 20 days (i couldnt find it on some days for the life of me so i probably got beat to em) and i got my venomhide mount to boot <3 All i can say is that a flying mount helps A LOT, and circle all the trees where the raptors spawn (even small ones, ive found one nest against a small palm tree out in the open compared to the usual spawns snug tight near the large trees)... i spend like 5-10 min circling around the trees and flying over all the eggs i see incase i see a nest formation until i either find it or im 100% sure its not there (for the gold it sells for, its def worth it if you want to sell or if you want the pet but dont want to pay the gold ^-^)

I think it's probably one of the harder ones to find, simply because there's that mount daily to do there... Plus all the archaeology spots over there in ungoro. I found it on one of my alts.. but still need it on my hunter

I find and sell these a lot, and by a lot, I mean every couple days XD some weeks I have gotten them daily. Good raid repair money lol

It does! I find one nearly every very late night/early morning. I use the addon Routes and drew a little path that links all the spawn spots together. I just looked at the wowhead map and tragged the pins to where it is on that map. But the nest seems quite faint.

I will upload a picture of my map later when I'm home. Or if I know how, I can share my lua file of Routes. I have a route for this, Madexx, TLPD's routes, PSD, Camel figurines, Sambas/Karoma, some herbing routes, Sholazar rares, anything really where you want to fly from point to point without constantly checking the map!

I found the nest a couple of weeks ago. It's a bit tricky, but it's still there!

A bit late, but I finally took those screenshots last night, hope it helps. The addon to draw lines is called Routes.

i have found it tons of times by parking a seldom played alt there, and using a macro for tom tom waypoints with the spawn locations. i found the macro in the wowhead comments for either the nest or the pet, can't remember. hope this helps!

I farm all the raptor nests for easy money on my mage. Just go to youtube and look up the spawn points of the nest for a good idea of were to look. they are a bit scattered and it can be confusing at first but once you get the hang of it its easy. She always has her nest up against a tree trunk. =)

The spawn timer on the nests is drastically shortened aswell, to about an hour or so.
